It's empty. They didn't warn or email any of their clients, such as myself and wife who bought packages that were very expensive. So far they owe the two of us $1000 or so in massages we never got. No notice that they were closing and the photo shows they are relocating. We have emailed them 4X a no replies. We are considering taking legal action but are waiting a little bit longer. I can't imagine they are really relocating and not expecting their entire clientele to not be furious with the silent treatment.

Prior to my first appointment, I spoke with Zaida on the phone, and talked the process through with her, what she would recommend for my skin and sent her photos. I loved that she talked it through with me, it helped ease anxiety. When I walked in for the first time the space felt calming and really nice. I went into the room for the treatment and felt super relaxed, cozy, never felt rushed or uncomfortable, Zaida talked through the process with me, what she was doing, putting on my face etc. she even put the machine on my hand before my face so I knew what it would feel like.
