I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. Out of 10 scheduled appointments, 9 will be canceled usually because the doctor calls out "sick" and you rarely get to actually see her. What's even worse is the complete lack of communication. Appointments are canceled without any notice.
No call, no message.. leaving patients to find out only after they arrive. I had been waiting an entire month to be seen, only to show up and be told my appointment was canceled without a heads up. This angered me. It's not the first time this happens to me.
When I asked about the repeated cancellations, I was told, "she's 70 years old so it's okay for her to get sick." If that's the case, she should retire (no disrespect.)
That response by thefelt dismissive and does not justify the lack of notice or the impact on patients' time.
The front desk staff only adds to the problem. They are consistently rude and dismissive, acting as if patients are expected to just deal with it instead of offering any help or accountability. On top of that, my medical information appears to have been lost or deleted, which raises serious concerns about how patient records are handled. I'd like to add one of the front desk staff had a dog in the office on May 5, 2026. Very unsanitary for a medical office. Overall, this office is unreliable, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this practice AT ALL. I will be searching for another doctor. read more
