I noticed she was already with another client in the room. After about 5 minutes into what should have been my appointment time, she came out and said she would be at LEAST 30 minutes behind. Started blaming COVID for her delay. If she knew that she would be late with my appointment, why not a courtesy call? Or even better yet, maybe don't let people schedule appointments if you honor random walk-ins more, even if you know they're going to run you over the appointment time. I ended up leaving, because apparently my time and efforts to come here were not important. This branch is a waste of my time. Perhaps my dad is right, maybe I'll join Chase Bank after all...

Over the years the staff members have changed, there has been less tellers and bankers available to help out. The app used with this bank has gotten super glitchy and makes it impossible for me to deposit checks. In the pandemic things have gotten worse. Trying to make an appointment with a banker, I was told my issue was not "important" enough to warrant working with a banker. I was told to go into the drive through. Without even asking which account I wanted to deposit my checks to, after specially requesting the checks be deposited into my Virtual Wallet, the teller deposited a couple thousand dollars worth of checks into a joint account I had with someone else. Wrong account. All in all, I'm looking to see if there's any other bank that might be a better fit for me at this time.

In the past when a customer reported a dispute, a customer would be able to request Chase to remove an incorrect or fraudulent charge from their bill or get a credit for the amount of the dispute. Now, Chase wants the customer to perform all of the detailed work and follow-up with the vendor that charged you. This is even true for circumstances where there is a definite error by the vendor. While the customer does of the follow-up with the vendor, the Chase customer is charge interest on the amount in dispute. Signed NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE
