I just wanted wider straps, 2 short layers of crinoline taken out and the length of the dress shortened and she told me it would be $700 upfront (more than my dress cost) and I would need to provide lace material for the straps. She didn't listen to what I wanted. Would not hem the dress to the length I wanted because she said it was good long, and said she wouldn't move the straps in when I suggested it because they were apparently "fine" to her. And she was going to get me to buy lace that didn't match my dress but perfectly matched a different dress she had hanging up. Then when I told her I was going to have family do it because I could not afford that, she charged me a $25 service fee which I was completely unaware of. Seems like she's scamming vulnerable women.
