Paid upfront of 6 months' rent to them. They were unable to locate the funds due to me wiring them through an international bank transfer, confusing local bank account numbers and their IBAN. Had to practically beg them to check with their bank. Their accounts team have been a nightmare to communicate with, and have not been responsive even for time-sensitive issues. Bar the accounting team, the estate agent has been helpful, however, and we could get all the paperwork done quite fast; liaising between me and the landlord was done just fine. read more
