Walser & Herman requested the same letters from the other attorney and then charged us for them. They billed us and recapped the same letters and for the same information we already knew! We learned nothing and felt completed taking advantage of in this situation. When I addressed this with them, they merely replied they would re-engage us for further services for a fee!!!! We needed to feel protected and have things explained to us as this is out of our understanding. Instead we learned nothing and lost money. No care, no compassion and sadly no resolution. No service provided. I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review, but we feel passionate about the loss of money and zero services rendered by this law firm. Please use another law firm that will address your needs and provide you with outstanding care and service.

I was charged $3,500 just to transfer the case, even though I had already arranged for all documents to be sent over. From the start, I expected efficiency and progress--neither of which I experienced. My request was straightforward: finalize the divorce, establish 50/50 custody, and fairly divide the house. Instead, my case dragged on for approximately 1 year and 10 months without a formal case review. That level of delay is unacceptable. When I appeared before the judge and explained the situation, even the court questioned why there had been no progress. I also felt my direction was ignored. Rather than focusing on resolving the case, there was a continued push to pursue attorney's fees from my ex--something I never asked for and did not want. The billing was excessive and, in my opinion, unjustified. Monthly charges ranged between $3,000 and $4,000, yet there was little to no meaningful progress in my case. This put me into serious financial strain. After I terminated representation, I was still being asked for additional payments, which only added to the frustration. This experience was costly, stressful, and ultimately unproductive. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think carefully before hiring this firm.
