Two years Josh (and Laura Sasaki) stood by me and went to literal battle for me. Obviously the details of the case are private, but it was UGLY. Not once did they make me feel like an annoyance, or a burden, or like I called too much. They made me feel like I was capable and deserving. When times got hard in those two years, they were my biggest cheerleaders, supporters, and advocates. This firm was recommended to me by a colleague that had also used them in about 2017-2018 and also had a positive result working with them. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, determined, and seriously had my back during the worst time in my life/through the worst situation I had ever experienced. They were prompt, called me back, their paralegals were kind and knowledgeable, and everyone had the same goal in mind, and they never lost sight of that for me. Eight months later, and my life has completely changed because of the settlement I received working with them. Sometimes I can't even believe it really happened and they fought so hard for me. I want to thank Josh, Laura, and every person on their team that spent two years of their life dealing with me (haha), this case, and being so kind and compassionate throughout. I truly believe I got the outcome I did, ONLY because I chose to work with this team. Thank you all so much for changing my life and fighting for me. There are not words enough to describe what you mean to me personally and how this experience has helped my family. Thank you!

I was referred to Braddock Law by another legal professional, and emailed Josh Braddock with a brief description of what my situation was. Josh responded within the hour, which is pretty much unheard of! He let me know his associate, Daniel Turek, would be contacting me, as Danny was an expert in the area I needed. Daniel Turek contacted me very quickly, and after we discussed my situation, and I emailed him some more details, he advised me I could probably pursue the claim on my own, gave me some pointers, and let me know if I decided I did want to formally retain the firm to represent me, they would be there for me, but I was losing nothing by trying to handle the issue on my own first. I very much appreciated Danny's advice, and did move forward on my own, using his suggestions, and am very happy with the outcome. Danny and Josh truly care about doing what is best for their clients, (even potential clients) and I absolutely recommend Braddock Law for anyone needing a personal injury or employment attorney. Thank you again, Danny and Josh, for the help I was given. It means more to be than you will ever know!

We all suffered pretty serious injuries, including the Uber driver.   My mother was aware of Randy and Walton because of his reputation in the North County community, we reached out on her recommendation and he met with us right away. We feel very lucky and grateful that we reached out when we did. The insurance issues turned out to be complicated, because there were multiple policies, including a policy that Uber offers. It took a while, but eventually Uber offered to pay its entire insurance policy, but then that had to be divided among all the injured parties, including the Uber driver. Randy and Kristen fought for us, and ultimately got me a generous settlement.   I can't say enough good things about Walton Law Firm. They treated us like we were family and were really helpful when times were toughest during our case. I am grateful for all they have done, and happy to give them 5 stars.
