My experience with Mr. Levy and his team was fantastic. Mr. Levy's business serves as a model on…read morehow ALL businesses should be conducted. Although Mr. Levy was unable to handle my case due to a rare situation, he was excellent to deal with. He met with my wife and I twice. Neither time did we feel rushed, talked down to, etc. We asked several questions and he never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or like they were not valid. Mr. Levy's staff is so accommodating and make you feel right at home from the first call to the last appointment. Although Mr. Levy couldn't handle my case, he was gracious enough to recommend another lawyer and connected us later that day. He went out of his way to make me feel like his problems were my problems, and he had a genuine interest in helping me. Although I hope I never need him again (sorry Mr. Levy), I know if I do I will be in good hands. I would also recommend my friends and family to use Mr. Levy if they are ever in need of a personal injury attorney. Thank you, Guy!

Ditto to Kyle M.'s review. I'm not wasting much more of my life on this man, as he is repulsive,…read morerude, lies and acts like you are a criminal (as his client) and he is the prosecutor, against you. He also hands out the worst chocolate I have ever eaten to impress you, it tastes like a Twix bar, saying it's the best chocolate in the world. If he knew, what good chocolate is he would surely know, it is 85% cacao dark chocolate with very little sugar. I think I am still in shock what I went through for over 1-1/2 yrs and the emotional crap he did put my caregiver and I through, she drove me 30 miles to his office for several meetings, the last one saying I didn't have scheduled (they called me and scheduled) and when she walked in with me for the 3rd time seeing her , he asked who the hell she was and followed with get the "F" out of my office. The situation I still can't believe at the end of the ongoing nightmare, was when we were in mediation with a very prominent "classy" mellow retired judge, and the judge was talking about how he loves to BBQ, and this man interrupts to tell him/us how he goes to Costco for his meat like it was the best in the world (like his chocolate) and if he sees a steak in a 3-pack he likes but only wants one of them, then finds a one in another 3-pack, he goes to the meat counter and tells them he wants this one and that one and so on. He acted as though he was a king and that was a story that we should have been impressed with, when the judge and I sat there cringing and embarrassed for him. The judge turned his head and rolled his eyes, like you've got to be kidding me. The most unprofessional person I have worked with in my 70 years and in business for 50. I felt highly misrepresented for my case who he initially said was a great case with a HIGH policy limit only to turn. He has a team of "HIS" doctors you have to see and were all highly incompetent (except 1). The bills were beyond outrageous for what they did/didn't do. I have injuries (TBI, Severe neck issues) that will never heal and wish I had had listened to my gut after the 1st few months when I saw his personality change, from this is a piece of cake to, this is a very difficult case you know, now using my age against me. Agism, I look much younger (that would be held against me) and WAS in great shape and very sound mind, prior being rear ended while at a stop light. He ended up with more money than I and I did a lot of the work because his staff was equally as incompetent. I am sure there is some misrepresentation and probably illegal acts, but I am done with the insanity of this we call out legal system. I just signed a bill last week to stop attorneys from price gouging their clients. Much more I could say but that would be in a book, pretty sad when your own attorney bully's and brow beat you as was I! I just had to have surgery and still kicking myself for settling! I have spoken to the bar as well as 2 other attorneys, live and learn, I physically and emotionally can't proceed with more legal mumbo jumbo, God always prevails! Please save yourself from abuse and loss, go elsewhere! Blessings to all who have been wrongly injured and/or misrepresented.

Need a lawyer to create your living trust? Then hire this man…read more I hope what follows will help you, the reader, to make a timely and smart decision followed up by action. The short version of this review has two points. One, setting up a living trust and all that goes along with it (e.g., a pour of will, power of attorney, advance care directive) is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself and the people you care about. Everyone who I've talked to who has set one up talks about the feeling of relief it brings knowing they've set up a legally binding system to manage their affairs when they're gone or incapacitated. Not a fun topic, I know, and that is one of the reasons it took me so long to get my trust completed. I first heard of Mr. Padilla in September of 2018, having been referred to him by a close colleague of mine that I had known for nearly thirty years. She raved about Mr. Padilla and about the sense of relief she felt, knowing that all of her affairs were in order. After our talk, I promised that I'd contact Mr. Padilla right away. Flash forward to July of 2019, and another close colleague of mine had finished her trust with Mr. Padilla. She also expressed her gratitude for his work and the feeling of relief and peace of mind she now felt, knowing that her estate would transfer smoothly to her son in the future. This time I did contact Mr. Padilla. He was warm and professional and followed up immediately with the initial paperwork to move the process forward. And what happened next? I became overwhelmed and perfectionistic about my approach to completing the intake form. Flash forward to 2020. By then, both of my parents had passed away. They had a will, not a living trust, and it took nearly two years to resolve the details of their estate completely. Thank God I have a sister with an MBA who took on the project, and it was a project to deal with all of the legal and bureaucratic details of probate. I realized that I would never put the people I loved through that mess. So I on November 1 of 2020, I contacted Mr. Padilla again. I apologized for my on-again-off-again process and stated that I wanted to be done with my living will before the end of the year. He once again graciously took me on as a client, and by December 12, I had my living trust completed and notarized. What a relief. I feel so much better!! I now feel at peace knowing that the people I love and care about will be taken care of properly when I'm no longer in a position to do it myself. I still have to complete the process of moving my asset into the trust, but I plan to be finished with that in the next two months. Throughout this process, Mr. Padilla was patient and accommodating. During our consultations he broke down the many pieces of the trust into small digestible pieces. The product was a clear and precise legal document that stated what I wanted to be done with my estate and me when I am not in a position to tell people in person. I'd be lying if I said that it was a fun process. But Mr. Padilla got me through it quickly once I was really ready to do the work. So if you need a trust or similar legal service, Mr. Padilla is to see.

Before finding them, we contacted five other attorneys specializing in insurance and long-term care claims. Every one of those firms told us we likely did not have a case or showed little interest in looking deeper. Kantor & Kantor was the only firm that immediately recognized that there was a legitimate issue with the handling of my mom's claim. From our very first conversation, it was clear they had deep expertise in long-term care insurance and understood exactly how these policies work and how insurers like Unum evaluate claims. They took the time to carefully review the policy, the claim history, and the medical records, and they explained the process to us in a way that was clear and reassuring. Throughout the entire case they were responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. Because of their knowledge and persistence, we were able to successfully recover benefits under my mom's long-term care policy. We are very grateful for their help and for the fact that they were willing to take a closer look when other attorneys dismissed the situation. If you are dealing with a denied or delayed long-term care insurance claim, I strongly recommend speak with Kantor & Kantor. Their experience in this area truly sets them apart.

I cannot give enough thanks and praise to both Andrew Kantor and Glenn Kantor along w/their outstanding assistants. They are not only very knowledgeable, but they treated me with only grace and w/the highest level of professionalism. Working w/an attorney is very stressful, however these people have a bedside manner and understand the client.
