Dome light…read morestopped working after replacing with LED bulbs so knew it was coming out of my pocket since i caused the problem which i honestly told the service department. Assured them i would pay for the repair. The problem was getting in after about two weeks just for a diagnostic. A bent prong was the issue so no parts needed. I was told that the bill was $355.00 since no parts were needed. Told them just to make sure the LED bulbs were in so guess there was a failure to communicate. NO LED bulbs. Waited ANOTHER Day. Invoice I got that day had over 100.00 less discrepancy. Didn't go back because it wasn't going to change anything and had told them I would pay the quoted price. GOD help those customers that actually need a part. No loaner guaranteed. If you need a engine, I hope they have extra cars at home. Nice folks but technicians are back logged. Hopefully that will change

The service was done really quickly. This time as were driving away I noticed a screw lying on the passenger floorboard and I should have turned around and took it back to them immediately. Being on a Friday and after the 4th of July I thought that maybe the technician dropped an extra screw on the floorboard. Then I called the Service Department and asked the if the technician had put back the in cabin air filter correctly because I had a screw lying on the floor? The person I was talking to asked me what type of vehicle was it and if I was close by? If I was to bring it by and they would take care of it. I told him that I was not. He told me to bring it by tomorrow and they would fix it. I ended the call. Then when I got home I checked their Service Department hours for Saturday and they are closed. So instead of letting the issue go on without getting fixed since my wife is traveling the next week I decided to fix it myself. When I took the glove box down, it fell out. That told me that it was not put back together correctly by the technician. I replaced the missing screw. I should have checked the filter was replaced, but I didn't, that was my fault. I installed the glove box correctly. Now I wonder how well was the rest of my service performed and who checks the technicians work.
