every woman in east Texas should beware of doing business with this company!! first friend (Mary)…read moretook her pt Cruiser to them, after a $700 repair her car still was not running: she was told that the repair they did was not what was wrong with her car, now they say it is the fuel pump and that is a $1200 repair, Mary pays the additional $1200 and is then told: nope that was not the problem, now they want her to pay another $1400 for a new gas tank !!! Mary says that's enough you keep the damn thing and she buys a new car from them. Second friend (Candy) takes her car to them, they say its the timing belt and that is a$995 repair (for a $37 part) and guess what? that is not the problem, now they want $1700 to rebuild the motor, telling her that there was no oil in the engine, she must have had an oil leak. Funny thing is when the car died the first we did was checked ALL the fluids !!! Even the tow truck driver checked all the fluids the next day before towing her car to Elliott Motors !!! anyone seeing the pattern here? these are two stories that i personally know about and i could tell of half a dozen more that i have heard of but been personally involved with.....think i will send a copy of this to the local papers and to Dodge Corp. the only reason i gave them one star is because i could not post this without a star rating, truth is they do not even deserve the one star !!!

Took my Buick Enclave in for a service today and being a small dealership they aren't to busy in…read morethe service department so it's beneficial for me to get the services done in a timely manner. The service was done really quickly. This time as were driving away I noticed a screw lying on the passenger floorboard and I should have turned around and took it back to them immediately. Being on a Friday and after the 4th of July I thought that maybe the technician dropped an extra screw on the floorboard. Then I called the Service Department and asked the if the technician had put back the in cabin air filter correctly because I had a screw lying on the floor? The person I was talking to asked me what type of vehicle was it and if I was close by? If I was to bring it by and they would take care of it. I told him that I was not. He told me to bring it by tomorrow and they would fix it. I ended the call. Then when I got home I checked their Service Department hours for Saturday and they are closed. So instead of letting the issue go on without getting fixed since my wife is traveling the next week I decided to fix it myself. When I took the glove box down, it fell out. That told me that it was not put back together correctly by the technician. I replaced the missing screw. I should have checked the filter was replaced, but I didn't, that was my fault. I installed the glove box correctly. Now I wonder how well was the rest of my service performed and who checks the technicians work.
