I went to cvs urgent care and they weren't allowing walk ins. So I found helix urgent care and went. I walked in the office was beyond clean and the front desk staff was very nice! I had my infant with me as well was worried they were going to say something with how weird everything is now with rona but they didn't mind. They took me back almost immediately. The nurses were great the nurse practitioner was great. I really had a wonderful quick visit! I highly recommend you go here if you're not feeling well. Skip the other urgent cares

I was told I would see a doctor but only saw a lacky nurse practitioner Vasquez that seemed aloof . They gave me a prescription and the Nurse Vasquez told me if this isn't strong enough after a few days to call her and she would call in a stronger medication. After calling 5 times to get a stronger medicaction no one ever called me back or called in the new prescription. And the front desk receptionist got angry with me for calling to do what Vasquez asked me to do.. Bad experience try another urgent care ..

Cory Stanley was kind and knew exactly what to do to resolve my heath issue. When I arrived I had two people in front of me. By the time I finished the online paperwork, I was taken to an exam room. I was able to get a shot and meds right in the office. No having to go to CVS and wait. It is now 3 hours since my appointment & as promised I am feeling so much better I am thankful they are right here in my neighborhood.

i went to see Dr Gleiber after a fall where my spinal cord was nearly severed- i needed emergency…read moresurgery and from what ive been told most surgeons I've seen said that I needed to have a surgery within 28 to 48 hours but Dr Gleiber said there was something wrong with my neck which never bothered me and he had to do neck surgery first because of this we waited many months before I had the back surgery as a result of the prolonged weight. I now have permanent leg damage where I cannot feel my leg 90% then shortly after I had the back surgery the disc he repaired herniated out the other side, which I know can't happen Dr. Gleber then wanted to do a surgery where he would take out my rib to repair the disc and it would've been a lengthy surgery. I went to a surgeon at the Mayo. He did the surgery in an hour and a half didn't have to do anything with a rib and I've never had a problem with that thoracic disc again I'm so sorry that I went to Dr. Klever and I did pay him out-of-pocket $130,000 which he begged for the money like he was gonna miss his next Meal so now my life is pretty much ruined but I didn't have to be

From Diabates, heart issues, Diverticulitis, Ischemic colitis, COPD emphysema, Blood Pressure problems, Nodes in my lungs, Hardening of the arteries, elevated blood sugar, Anxiety, and Depression. I found out through calling that they were trying to get insurance authorized. The referral states there is no authorization required. I called my insurance provider and they affirmed this. I called again and told them I spoke with the insurance company, but they still would not book appointments. Seems like a bloated burocracy. I called another PT and instantly got appointments.
