We would highly recommend Fortin Construction to anyone who wants their home built by people who show professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and integrity. Our house was done in about 5 months which was impressive. We were missing a couple items after our build, like a screen for one of the windows (replaced eventually); and some heater register covers (never received). These were extremely minimal items. Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.

I am extremely happy with the completed remodel of my downstairs bathroom by Bonefide Builders,…read moreLLC. Owner and Contractor Ryan Boies. The bathroom was redesigned by Ryan based on my needs for a walk in shower and moving laundry from the basement to the first floor. This was a 1980's outdated bathroom. Ryan put a comprehensive price proposal together that included contingency expenses I would need to cover. This remodel took approximately 4 weeks. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals. All showed up when they said they were coming and were very respectful of my time and living space. The work area was always clean at the end of the day. I am recommending Bonefide Builders, LLC/Ryan to friends and family. It was a job well done!

Their work ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Everything was addressed and handled with amazing craftsmanship down to the tiniest of details. The crew he had working here (David and Isaiah) were some of the nicest guys we have ever met and were extremely professional. Honestly, my wife kept checking on them because they were so quite while working in the house. They were very informative and made sure to keep us in the loop as to what was going on at the completion of each day. Another great thing about Ryan's team is that it does not just stop with his employees. Each subcontractor he had selected (Electrician, Plumber, and Drywaller) were just as professional and excellent at what they do. You can tell Ryan takes pride in his work, his team, and his sub-contractors. If you are looking for a remodel, you do not need to look any further. You find the right company!

He came over initially to clean out our chimney for a VERY reasonable price but after evaluating it (even climbing on the roof), he didn't find anything to be concerned about. He initially declined payment because of how little effort he put in and didn't want to rip us off but we were more than pleased by not only his professional demeanor and knowledge but also his honesty so we still offered compensation. He has a lot of knowledge regarding home repairs and even offered to assist with handyman work around our house. The other thing they live by is their honesty and service - David kept us informed when the job was delayed, assuring us all along the way what was happening and when he would be on site. I feel confident I'll get more years out of this paint job due to the quality of the paint itself and the care taken when putting it on, and that makes it well worth the wait.

Very polite gentleman, I assumed to be the owner, came and we spoke at length. Our house is ranch style which makes gutters and exceptionally simple matter of installation. The price for materials was reasonable, though I'm sure there were other options available. We simply wanted basic gutters that would go well with the house, instead of the more colorful or elaborate options. The nature of our house allowed the job to be quite quick, under 3 hours, and the people who came to install them or polite and respectful of the property. They made a point of asking if they could use the lawn to lay out materials so they could make the appropriate cuts and measurements. All said and done I think it was well worth the cost and a worthwhile investment since most people fail to realize how much water comes off of a roof and can create muddy situations on their lawn and surrounding property.
