We were frantic, my husband called 911, I was freaking out screaming and crying and we were literally scrambling watching her turn blue- and then suddenly your voice popped in my head and I remembered step by step exactly what to do and was able to completely dislodge the coins- two nickels and a penny. Paramedics came, we went to the hospital and x-rays showed no more coins were in her windpipe. Thank you for what you do. They said they're going to call me. So I waited for the call. No one called me the whole day they said they were going to call me in the afternoon. So I emailed him saying, what time should I expect the call? No response overall, I'm very disappointed in this service. No one is helping me. I've been trying to enroll, I've been trying to pay.
