We dealt with Michael Konitzer in Joe's office who really listened, and steered us away from listings that didn't suit our criteria, pointed out things that we should know in homes we saw, and helped us find the best possible house given the circumstances. He wasn't just interested in making a sale, it was evident he wanted us to be happy. Mike was also stellar in recommendations for work that needed to be done before we could move in, and handled access to the house since we were not yet in the area. So helpful with the multitude of questions and concerns we had. Kept us calm in our high stress state. Would highly recommend.

When Joshua James replied it was very thorough and I was impressed, plus I already heard about him through some friends and other referrals. Once we started looking at homes, he was extremely efficient every step- whether it was me asking really basic questions that were simply obnoxious, or whether it was me asking questions that required a long explanation- he always answered efficiently, professionally, and made everything understandable to a beginner. By the end, I felt like I owed him because I learned so much. He knew a lot about homes/areas we visited and had expertise in multiple areas. I knew I was interested in real estate and eventually wanted to go into it myself, and Josh's knowledge and passion gave me more interest myself. Each time we'd visit a house (which I also went to SO many houses and made a couple bids that I won and ended up not taking.... probably a real estate agent's nightmare but he never complained), he worked well with everyone he interacted with: professional, funny, relatable, and knowledgeable. On top of this, the Josh James Team all seem to have these skills across the board. Whoever he put me in contact with was pleasant to talk with, made it surprisingly easy for me each step, and I felt completely taken care of. I never worried, never thought I could be making the wrong decision, and when it was finished I gained connections that I'll maintain as long as I'm a landlord or work in real estate. Coming from a negative and skeptical person, The Josh James Team was WONDERFUL to work with. Do yourself a favor and call him!

There was also a cash bar. The event was a way for several merchants to display their wares, among them Blue Table Chocolates, Tommyrotter Distillery, Rebel Ride and several artisans. The wait staff was great, replenishing the various platters and serving trays of tasty mini-potato pancakes and boneless chicken wing bites throughout the evening. They also picked up plates, cans and bottles, taking them back to the kitchen for disposal vs. there being many unsightly trash cans throughout the room. This also added to the event, making the room more attractive.
