I joke that she is a strong independent woman with love for only one man. I frequently receive compliments for how well behaved she is from other dog owners and people on the street. She is sweet, friendly, and it is clear who she knows and trusts. I can't talk about genetics on what she is because I don't care about that, she is my phenomenal dog. The only accidents she has had has been from poor ownership on my part. She came fully house broken at 8 weeks. She has never destroyed anything except for one pair of shoe laces. Today she knows sit, lay, roll over, spin, around, fetch, stay, off leash heel, and a few others. Storm has converted me to a shepherd owner from the labs I grew up with. These animals are incredibly willing to please and learn. She blew out her CCL which was an expensive surgery and I've dealt with that in the past with other dogs. I wish I took the drive to pick her up and meet the people who bred my best friend. I know another White Shepherd from the Farms as well and that dog is great too, there are no injuries on them. I would love to have another dog like Storm and will in the future when the time is right. I know she will help me raise the next pup I have. Shepherds aren't for everyone and she has not been the easiest dog to raise, but she's easily the best.

Jim on the other hand had a gun, walk talky and phone. I was bit by one of their wolf dogs and many times by farel puppies Karen had me try to worm. Karen can not be trusted.

Micheal has hands down changed the way we live with our beloved dog, Ace…read more We rescued him from a back yard breeder situation, he was abused , attacked by many dogs and was an incredibly nervous/fearful dog with absolutely no manners. He use to pull us on his walks, run away once the front door opened and absolutely NO CONCEPT of recall. After completing Michaels board & train program - ace came back to us as a completely different dog. He walks in a perfect heel, he walks with his head held high & happy tail wag posture, he no longer darts out out the house and looks to us for a command. Not only has Micheal given Ace the confidence he needs to live his life as a happy dog, but he gave us the tools we needed to live in harmony with our dog. I'm no longer dreading to take Ace out for walks, it's actually one of my favorite things to do. There are no such thing as "bad dogs" Just need the right trainer and with the dedication to make your dreams come true. We seriously appreciate Micheal and his expertise so much. (P.s) Ace loves Micheal, a dog who was once super fearful of men. That's all you need to know!

First off, I'd like to start off by saying that Micheals board and train program has been one of…read morethe best investments I've done in my lifetime. I've bounced around to many dog trainers in my life and there was always a cop out excuse that was commonly used: "Your dog is bred poorly" "Some dogs are just aggressive" "Your dog just doesn't have it in him" Which left me feeling defeated, frustrated and ultimately my dog wasn't getting the help he needed to live his best life.. But Michael was the only trainer that was able to get a handle on my GSD right off the bat. My dog no longer runs away, comes back when I call him and walks by my side with ease. Micheal has taught me so much about how to understand dog body language, how to time the corrections and help guide my dog to greatness. I'm a personal trainer and I'm now able to take my pup to my clients house, where he has multiple distractions around him (kids running, weight lifting bars slamming in the floor, basketballs being tossed around) Yet- he just sits in his down position and just observes his surrounds in peace. I couldn't recommend this man enough. It's life changing knowledge he shares with all his clients.

They are kind enough to do all they can to help with the MASSIVE stray cat dilemma out here by Rocky Fork Lake and throughout all of Hillsboro. Its truly an epidemic, seems too many move away and just leave their cats and dont take care to Spay and Neuter. I wish the Local Vets would advertise even small Price Cuts and help to place these many neglected Kitties at Local Farms. BUT many thanks as at Colonial they care more than most.

They were always attentive to remind her of when routine checkups and meds were due, and we had the best relationship with them, esp. Dr. Lance. However, one incident stands out in particular: Our Black Lab/Mutt Toto, the Last Dog on the Mountain, here, had grown very infirm and her time, sadly, had come. Dr. Lance ACTUALLY MADE A HOUSE CALL and put her down in the living room, right on the rug. It was a moving and downright spiritual experience, expertly done, and brought out the closeness Family and Animal have had for millenia. I'll never forget it, and will always be grateful to Dr. Lance for going out of her way to perform it in the best possible setting. Thank you again, Dr. Lance. Down to two cats, now. Both doing well, again, thanks to Colonial.

When I said no, that he was just an old farm dog that didn't go to the vet, she said they were down a vet and didn't have any appointments open. There was not even an offer to ask the vet that was on duty. I found a different vet who would work us in and it literally took longer to do the paperwork than it did to put my poor old dog out of his misery. So much for caring for my pet? I wouldn't take any of my animals there!
