Been taking my 06 Dodge 2500 to Gillespie Diesel for 2 years now. Love this truck, it's been a good…read moreone and I trust Gillespie to take care of any and all mechanical issues. I bought a church shuttle bus with a 7.3 turbo diesel. I inspected the vehicle no leaks underneath…read morethe vehicle. The only problem was a squealing noise coming from the engine. I drove it to a diesel mechanic with no problems with the power steering or any other gauges except for the squealing noise and left it for 2 weeks and they did not have time to fix it. So I called Gillespie diesel and they said yes they could take care of it. I again inspected the vehicle to make sure there was no leaks or anything underneath it. I drove it 30 miles to Gillespie's diesel with no power steering problems. I explained the situation to Jesse. They said they would inspect it and give me a call with a quote. They called me the next day said that it would be $900 to fix it and maintain it. I told him that would be great take care of it. The next day when they started working on it apparently the mechanic working on it broke something in the power steering. Jesse calls me back up and says there was a power steering leak that we missed and our inspection yesterday. You need a new power steering pump it's going to cost you $400. Like I mentioned before no power steering leaks the whole time when I inspected it to buy it when I took it to the mechanic to inspect it driving it no problems with power steering. Now all the sudden I have a power steering leak. What could I do they had it apart I had to pay it. Well they finally get the job done and call me up so I come to pick it up. So I pay him. I leave and on the way home 5 mi out of the shop check engine lights are coming on. So I turn around and go back to his shop. He comes out with his check engine light scanner. Well apparently the mechanic that worked on it forgot to plug in a sensor and forgot to bolt down the air filter housing. Okay I chalked it up to an honest mistake. I left drove it home. Went out the next day cranked it up it started squealing again and there was pieces of the serpentine belt on the ground. I called Jessie up he said bring it back in. I showed him the pieces he said okay leave it with me and we'll take care of it. Next day I come back and he said that his mechanic forgot to line up one of the pulleys. Didn't replace the belt which should have been because apparently it was damaged with pieces coming off.I leave and take it home. I let it sit for 2 days. I go to crank it up it is still squealing. The reason I took it to him in the first place. I called him up and he's being rude on the phone because apparently he's annoyed to have still having to work on my bus which was still under the labor warranty. I take it in and drop it off. He said he would put some lasers on it and get it fixed. I show up two weeks later and talk to him and they haven't done nothing with my vehicle. He tells me he's backed up and it's going to be 2 months before he can even get to it. I tell him that there's no way because it should have been fixed right the first time. So he says that he will get to it next week. A week later he calls me up and I come in and he tells me that he laser lined it up and that's all he can do. So finally after four times and 2 months of waiting to get my bus fixed it's finally done properly. I do not recommend him for any service. Go somewhere else to a shop that will take care of you properly and get it done in a timely manner.

I trusted them because of my son & thought I could work things out with them but when I tried to talk to Zen he had a really nasty attitude at the start of the conversation very after I told him we didn't come to argue. I was disappointed because I had plan to use this shop for towing & auto service for both of my cars & had even referred 2 others. Thank god they didn't go. Zen & his wife were friendly at start. Zen even accused me of trying to get charity work but I messaged him multiple times & asked him for the price for both parts to be replaced on my car but he never replied with the full amount. I didn't asked for any type of charity work nor save me money. I only wanted my vehicle repaired so I could drive it with a peace of mine & not have to drive with the AC on to keep it from overheating. He may have done great work for others but I didn't get that in my opinion. I wouldn't give them not even 1 star.
