She began by letting me know it's MY personal time to relax and be pampered. I got to choose the music on the sound system and just have a nice friendly chat with Ceci as I was getting my hair done. I appreciated that she really gave me the time at the beginning of the appointment to show her the picture of the hair cut I liked, and gave me a great consultation of how I envisioned achieving the look. I absolutely love how my hair cut came out. Ceci listened to exactly what I wanted- volume, shape, movement, layers and a curtain bang without giving up too much length. It wasn't exactly how I wanted it and Brea was so understanding and scheduled me in later to fix it to exactly how I wanted and I didn't have to pay a dime for the second coloring. I am SOOO happy with it! It's perfect and I absolutely love it. Everyone in the salon is so nice and easy to talk to. She stayed at the wedding with a handful of supplies for touch ups and followed us around for photo touch ups. Prices are very reasonable as well!
