Absolutely amazing!…read more I walked in at 10:15 am and was able to get squeezed in before the 10:30 appointment arrived for eyebrows and chin. I love the way my eyebrows came out. I said I wanted it to stay thick and primarily just be clean up, and she did exactly that. She threaded a bit and then tweezed and trimmed, and my eyebrows look amazing. I'm so grateful. If I lived in the area, this would be my regular spot. Prices are good too! I highly recommend, very high praise from me! Credit card payment is accepted at the card terminal. The location is right across the street from the metro station. Both French and English were spoken.

They were gentle and meticulous with tweezing and trimming the rest of the hairs. The skin around my brows wasn't red and irritated like it usually is with the previous place I got my brows did at. I was happy with the shape of my brows, but I'm not sure if you get the option of choosing how you want your brows to look. I just sat down and she went to town. Their prices for all the services are really affordable. It was $6 for eyebrows threading, and they even have a loyalty card where you get a free session after you do your brows 10 times, or your nails 5. Would likely come back for their other services!

The technician took me back to the lovely serene table area. She put on the tape and the lights and then declared she would need to remove all my existing extensions. That seemed extreme to me but I trusted her "white coat" opinion. Once all the lashes were removed and I looked like a naked mole rat she decided that she could not continue and would not give me any new extensions. She said "you have an infection". I can assure you I did NOT have an infection. Even if I did, she could've and should've noticed this under the lights before removing my existing extensions. I am sure that Divine lashes will assert that she was using her best professional insights, but to me this all felt very fishy and unprofessional. Once a technician says she "can't" work on you and uses a pseudo scientific excuse as to why not there is really no arguing. It was manipulative and punishing. As a long time consumer of lash and aesthetic services I conclude that she was not confident in her skills to give my sparse lashes extensions and that she put the blame on me by claiming infection. My eyes are fine so were my eyelids and skin. They then proceeded to charge me for lash removal. I paid and I tipped well because I was feeling ashamed. My advice is for customers to be wary of this business. This weaponizing of supposed expertise is a cover up for having a limited ability to provide skilled service across a range of situations. The more officious the less able they are to creatively help make you beautiful. Try somewhere else. I did and they gave me beautiful extensions right away. (the lashes in the photo here were NOT from Divine but another place that rescued me. And yes, my eyes look red but that is how they are sometimes. It is not pathology) But Divine sent me away in tears.

I was initially nervous to get my lashes done because I have very light features. I was worried…read morethat the treatment would look unnatural compared to my blond lashes and brows. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome!! The treatment was amazing!! The lashes looked natural and really changed the look of my face. There was no need to wear waterproof mascara (for swimming) or even worry about makeup in general for weeks following the treatment. The fake lashes stayed on for a full three weeks post-treatment!! The process itself was relaxing (I fell asleep a couple times). In addition, Julie is so kind, welcoming and attentive. Her studio is very modern; the decor is gorgeous and very clean. And she walks you through the process beforehand so you know exactly what to expect. Would definitely recommend!!

Price was always $5 and the lady who was always there always did a great job. The past 2 times I have been there is a new lady and the work is horrible!!!! This time she literally took a chunk of my eyebrows off. My natural shape is straight and she literally did whatever. Price is now $6 and the work is terrible. This new eyebrow lady needs to go! Also the little girl at the desk has no manners & doesn't say thank you or bye. I will now be going elsewhere. Thanks for ruining my eyebrows before my vacation luckily it's just hair so it will grow back eventually.

I hate to bring down my rating for this place, as I initially gave this place a higher rating. My…read morereview is based on my manicure experience. When I first made my review on Glow Salon, it was a couple of hours after my manicure at this place. In order for my polish not to smudge, the lady applied oil on each nail to prevent possible smudging since my nails were not completely dry. The glossiness of the oil made the nails look perfect and masked the problems I found later when the deceiving oil was washed off. The problem: I asked my nails to be 'roundish-square'. Some nails were roundish-square, others were round, and some were filed slanted. Even my hubby noticed the poor filing job. Also, my cuticles were not completely pushed back, or trimmed properly. I don't think I'll come back here again. I'm better off giving myself a manicure. *NOTE* The owner of this salon emailed me after reading the review above and offered me a free manicure to make things up. I thought that this was very kind and the establishment really cares about its customers.

When you pay $70 +tip for a mens haircut at a salon, there is a minimum bar of customer service & attention -- every single time that bar has not been met. If you're available between 11am - 4pm to patiently deal with front desk staff while they figure out how to use their systems, re-repeat your name, phone number, email, schedule and your preferred stylist (and call you repeatedly), and then find no slots for you in the next month.. this place is for you. If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule **without charging a "no-show" fee after you call to say you're late and get the answering machine** then you might want to look elsewhere. To the management: I recommend a review of front desk staff policies & interactions. The two front desk staff seem more interested in Instagram than customers. PS. Haircuts are OK, Anthony is quite good..
