My experience started before I had even entered the store. One of the workers came barreling around the corner of the parking lot nearly hitting me, then proceeded to go into the store calling me a f*ggot, threatening to "knock me the f*ck out", just going on for about 5 minutes calling names and threatening. It was a longer haired man, about 5' 11", breath smelled awful (I could tell because he was right in my face) so if you ever go here watch out! He's a big bad boy with lots of attitude. I have been coming here the last few months and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are friendly and always are helpful. I've been greeted kindly every time I've walked in, and they always are willing to help immediate. I've seen them helping people with a lot of questions and they are very patient and don't rush anyone. Staff are very knowledgeable and will give you tips on things you're buying. The prices are lower than a lot of other smoke shops in the area. I typically buy disposable ecigs and they always ask me to open and try them to make sure they work. If you happen to open a dud, they replace it for you (if you open and try in store, I'm not sure they would if you left and then came back). Definitely will continue coming here. read more

Love this smoke shop. Bobby and the guys are great customer service reps. very knowlegable about all types of questions with glass, e cigarettes, all kinds of tobbacco questions. I don't know what some of these peoples problems are, but maybe your face was all jacked up and looking pissy when you walked in. or maybe because you didn't get an ass kissing or a cheap price on premium MN glass blown pieces you got your underoos all knotted. I couldn't tell ya. What I can say is the tobacco seems fresher from here than other shops in MN I have been to. (including one a short walk from my house). I have gotten nothing but awesome service and smiles from all the staff, even when I'm sure I was unapproachable myself, and I have walked out in less than 2 years with more than one free piece. I don't go there often either, maybe once every other month? Some of these "reviewer types" are just up themselves way too far. read more

I went in to buy specific cigars for my husband's birthday, and wanting to get a couple of surprise cigars for him. The service was spectacular. I got the cigars I came in for and was told you get a free cigar for every 6 you buy (I was getting 5 of each) and, going by what I asked for they suggested 2 others. This place is great! I'm trying to quit smoking and they are helping me go from heavy cigs down to lighter and lighter so I can work on it that way before I start the patch. I've smoked for 23 years, quitting for 10 months here and 8 months there, and even 3 1/2 years just recently, but I'm about to hit the big 4-0 now and I really want to rejuvinate my body from this. These guys are experts in knowing exactly what to give me that is just lower in tar and nicotine than the last cigs I was smoking and it's just wonderful to have someone with so much knowlege and so much friendliness in what they do!
