I have been coming here the last few months and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are friendly and always are helpful. I've been greeted kindly every time I've walked in, and they always are willing to help immediate. I've seen them helping people with a lot of questions and they are very patient and don't rush anyone. Staff are very knowledgeable and will give you tips on things you're buying. The prices are lower than a lot of other smoke shops in the area. I typically buy disposable ecigs and they always ask me to open and try them to make sure they work. If you happen to open a dud, they replace it for you (if you open and try in store, I'm not sure they would if you left and then came back). Definitely will continue coming here. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I got a bottle of juice that was rancid and they wouldn't take an exchange. Cut me off before I could say a word. Multiple other places in the area that won't screw you out of money. read more

My experience started before I had even entered the store. One of the workers came barreling around the corner of the parking lot nearly hitting me, then proceeded to go into the store calling me a f*ggot, threatening to "knock me the f*ck out", just going on for about 5 minutes calling names and threatening. It was a longer haired man, about 5' 11", breath smelled awful (I could tell because he was right in my face) so if you ever go here watch out! He's a big bad boy with lots of attitude. Other than that, the older woman up front was very nice :) read more

If you are going smokeless - this is your place to be in MN! Love the shop and the employees know how to teach you about vapor products. Much respect. read more

Awful customer service will not return. Very rude and not helpful at all. I've never been to a smoke shop that wasn't helpful and friendly until now. read more

The big black employee has some of the worst customer service skills I have Ever seen. Very arrogant attitude towards helping customers. Was in today I walked in the door and zero response from him or the old lady. No hello or can I get anything for you? Considering how much cheaper the stuff is online they should try harder. read more

Love this smoke shop. Bobby and the guys are great customer service reps. very knowlegable about all types of questions with glass, e cigarettes, all kinds of tobbacco questions. They have a huge selection and also many cool little novelty items too. (Ashtrays and zippos and stuff.) They throw out deals and freebies to everyone all the time too. Good place read more

Elk River Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Elk River, Minnesota

This store is the bomb the owner always hooks me up with bomb ass pieces for AMAZING PRICES!!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!!

I don't know what some of these peoples problems are, but maybe your face was all jacked up and looking pissy when you walked in. or maybe because you didn't get an ass kissing or a cheap price on premium MN glass blown pieces you got your underoos all knotted. I couldn't tell ya. What I can say is the tobacco seems fresher from here than other shops in MN I have been to. (including one a short walk from my house). I have gotten nothing but awesome service and smiles from all the staff, even when I'm sure I was unapproachable myself, and I have walked out in less than 2 years with more than one free piece. I don't go there often either, maybe once every other month? Some of these "reviewer types" are just up themselves way too far. read more

I strongly suggest if you looking for any type of piece, grinder, cigars, tobacco in general, wraps and especially for good prices on those, stop here first. they always have the best deals and the best glass including your grav labs and local pieces. Every time I go in they remember me and help me find exactly what I'm looking for... cause they got a lot of inventory. Plus it's a really clean store and you'll always a have a fun time while looking for your perfect piece! read more

Beautiful glass pieces, super helpful staff, and if you talk to the owner you can haggle on some of the pieces. I was hesitant based on the reviews already here, but I'm glad I went in anyway. Absolutely going to shop here again. read more

It is under new ownership and it is no longer dirty and grimy looking I will never go anywhere else and I will drive out of my way to go here it is the best customer service I have ever gotten at any business I have ever been to if you have been here in the past and were displeased I urge you to give them another chance read more

I went in to buy specific cigars for my husband's birthday, and wanting to get a couple of surprise cigars for him. The service was spectacular. I got the cigars I came in for and was told you get a free cigar for every 6 you buy (I was getting 5 of each) and, going by what I asked for they suggested 2 others. They were a hit, and the prices were great! My husband was thrilled. He also said the lighter for cigars is "The best I've ever had!" read more

This place is great! I'm trying to quit smoking and they are helping me go from heavy cigs down to lighter and lighter so I can work on it that way before I start the patch. I've smoked for 23 years, quitting for 10 months here and 8 months there, and even 3 1/2 years just recently, but I'm about to hit the big 4-0 now and I really want to rejuvinate my body from this. These guys are experts in knowing exactly what to give me that is just lower in tar and nicotine than the last cigs I was smoking and it's just wonderful to have someone with so much knowlege and so much friendliness in what they do! Such sweethearts! Kudos!!! read more

This is the only smoke shop that I will go to. Everyone is extremely helpful and when I needed help, they helped out more than I could have asked for. They have a wide range in a lot of products which always makes me come back because i know they'll always have what I need. 5 stars read more
