The first available appointment for Dr.Wiseman is 01/2025 and for Rita Barron wasn't until 04/2025. How do they not have availability for routine women's health appointments? I really enjoy having these providers as my women's health providers, but the schedule half/whole year out appointments are ridiculous. Is this an issue with scheduling or is this an issue with providers ONLY being booked for OB appts? When I had questions regarding why it was so far out in advance to schedule an appt, the staff member rudely stated I should've made my appointment for sooner. I stated, if I would've known the appointments were like this, then obviously I would've scheduled it MUCH sooner. I asked, why would I wait so long to schedule an appt if I was instructed to make it two years later?

Absolutely the worst place I've ever been to…read more To start, this is my second time attempting to be seen here, and both times I dealt with some of the meanest girls I've met since middle school. Both times, they refused to see me. The first time, I was having crazy pain and discomfort, and this was the only place where I could get an appointment the next day. Everywhere else didn't have anything available for weeks. I made my appointment, got a phone call to set everything up, gave them my insurance and personal information, and then--30 minutes before my appointment--they canceled it. Since when is it normal for a healthcare clinic to cancel someone's appointment 30 minutes beforehand, as if their health doesn't matter? The second time, I booked my appointment and submitted all the necessary information. Then, 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was sitting outside the office, I got another phone call where the girl went over all of my information again--for the third time. I asked if I needed my physical ID or insurance card because my bag had been stolen and I only had pictures on my phone. She told me that was perfectly fine and that I was good to go. When I walked in, the front desk employee took forever to even acknowledge me. Once she did, she was already extremely rude. This is a healthcare clinic. People come here scared, nervous, anxious, and worried because it involves their health. I would expect the people working with patients to be empathetic, caring, or at least polite. Instead, she was one of the meanest people I've ever met. She asked for my ID and insurance card, and I explained the phone call I had literally just had, that I had already given my information multiple times, and that I had photos of everything on my phone. I pulled up the photos while waiting for her to finish on her computer. Instead, she told me to "go away and sit down until you figure it out." I sat down, honestly in shock. I had an appointment, they already had my information, and yet I still wasn't going to receive healthcare. When I went back to the window, she ignored me, kept the window closed, and went back to her computer. I stood there for about 10 minutes. By then, it was already past my appointment time, even though I had arrived early. Another employee noticed I wasn't being helped and came over. I explained everything again, including that I had just spoken with someone from their office who had collected all my information and told me I was good to go. I also explained that my belongings had been stolen, but every other medical office I've been to has been able to look up my insurance using my information, especially since I also had photos of everything. They still told me they couldn't see me. I asked, "So I can't get any healthcare even though you guys have all of my information? It's really messed up because this is my health, and I can't get scheduled anywhere else for another two weeks." Her response was, "Well, what are you even here for?" As if my answer would change anything. I started tearing up because I didn't want to discuss my health issues in front of a lobby full of strangers. She noticed I was about to cry and did let me come into the back to talk privately, and I genuinely appreciate that because crying in front of people is one of the most embarrassing things ever. Even then, I showed her everything on my phone, including that their office had called me, collected all of my information, and told me I was okay to come in. Her only response was, "I wasn't the one on the phone." I never said she was. It shouldn't matter who I spoke with. Their office called me, collected my information, and told me I was good to go. I ended up leaving bawling my eyes out without receiving any healthcare. This is now the second time they have refused to see me. This is a women's healthcare clinic. I would think the women working here would understand how important women's health is. They chose a profession centered around helping people, yet they acted like they hated helping people. They weren't even kind. They refused to provide healthcare even though they had all of my information and offered no guidance on how I could get the care I needed elsewhere. I am shocked, disappointed, and genuinely hurt that this is how people can be treated. No one should be denied healthcare when the office already has the information they asked for. It genuinely feels wrong that other women are okay with letting another woman suffer. You work in healthcare, yet when a young woman comes to you needing medical care, you don't want to help? It makes absolutely no sense.

I'm currently in a manual wheel chair with a smart drive--and every time I hit a bump outside in it, I was getting dumped out, unceremoniously, into the street whIpsy taking my wee dog out for walk. This was happening about 3-5 times a week and when my physical therapist (Drew Branch: he's awesome) heard about it, he did some kind of magic and now I'll be getting a brand new, safe, appropriate-for-my-needs wheel chair! I've got significant damage to my arms from falling, and I'm looking at serious neck surgery. I really can't manage any more damage to myself. Whatever your need, in my experience, Compassionate Care looks at you as a whole person and not just another check to be marked off. I'm so grateful for the excellent care and support I'm receiving. Initially I had no issue with Dr. Soloniuk-Tays (despite hearing horror stories) I never had any prior issues & thought she was great at addressing my needs. Brenda Kent was my absolute favorite, kind & COMPASSIONATE, always listened & patient (sadly she retired). Since Brenda retired this place just seems to be falling apart. I've experienced so many issues with them never answering the phone (if you are a patient I know you can relate). Their voicemail is always full & they seem to be having a revolving door of new staff (I'm sure that there's a reason they can't keep their staff). I stopped feeling heard & felt like visits turned rushed & like I was just another insurance claim for them to bill. I recently had the worst experience I have ever had with any "professional" establishment. I still can't believe the way their staff (office manager, front office staff, & Dr. Soloniuk-Tays) treated me as I am dealing with a stress-related disorder & post-partum depression. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, & HEARTLESS (anything but COMPASSIONATE). They tried to say I was confrontational for simply trying to explain to them what I needed and because I called them out on a mistake THEY made & refused to take accountability for. Dr. Soloniuk-Tays straight up told me there was no diagnosis or documentation of a diagnosis I was given by her staff & they "lost" copies of important documents I needed. She was so condescending & rude, trying to belittle me. They had the nerve to laugh at my face as I explained to them how I was at a vulnerable time in my life dealing with some horrible medical challenges with my son and my own mental health as I was dealing with their cruel behavior towards me. NOT COMPASSIONATE as they claim to be & I honestly felt discriminated at that. I've spoken to several people who confirm that these facts are in fact true about this place & their staff & I advise you to leave now & don't stick around because you are just not wanting to start over with someone else (like I was). There is good doctors & good people still out there it goes back to simple human decency & empathy more than anything & I feel bad for all their patients specially all the elderly ones they treat hopefully they can advocate out for themselves & leave asap if they're also experiencing issues. I will pray for these staff members & this place because I am not EVIL like they are and I hope that things get better for them because their patients deserve the best possible care
