The line moved at a good pace and the gelato is the best I've had outside of Italy! Good selection of flavors and they were spot on! They also offer small bites and drinks. For seating it's mainly outside when we were there (still some Covid restrictions) but the inside is smaller. Outside they had a long table in the front and then chairs and small circle tables for 2-3 people along the sidewalk. The staff was friendly and you could tell they are passionate with what they do. I got the peanut butter flavor and liked that it wasn't too sweet. The crunch was also nice. Overall I thought the ice cream was good but not great (maybe I got my hopes up too high because of the line lol). Das Personal wirkte immer sehr genervt, dass sie mich bedienen müssen und reagierte auf ganz normale Fragen sehr sauer. Zu empfehlen ist das Eis aber dennoch. Besonders Mango und Haselnuss haben es mir angetan wenn ich mal wieder in Berlin bin, wird sicher auch ein Besuch bei Zanetti anstehen.

Service was fast and friendly and prices reasonable for a bottle of water and a coffee. Restrooms are clean but there were no paper towels to dry your hands after washing. Wonderpots has been one of favourite frozen joghurt shops. I like thier joghurt and how it works in the shop. Usually I have a voucher card with me, which allowed me to pick 3 toppings. They got quite a lot choice as well. Mainly sweet or fruits. Of course, they also offer gummy bear, theses kind of typical german popular snack. I have been to couple Wonderpots in Berlin, this one sure is the biggest and collest I have been so far. I really like that interior design here, quite like a coffeehouse. The atmosphere is just great, the seats are quite cosy as well. It's a great place to sit down and catch up with friends. It's got a great location, really close to the station Friedlichstraße. After a long day, great to make a little stop jus have a break here. I really like it here.
