Branded products from the likes of Disney and Nickelodeon are on sale at attractive prices, the store offers a wide range of sizes and styles and the people that work here all seem to be friendly child-lovers who know exactly what they're talking about if ever you ask their advice. I took my 6 year-old cousin here recently and both of us were very impressed. She was instantly besotted with the store's diverse range of princess-style Disney dresses and cartoon-inspired clothes and I ended up spending much more than anticipated on her belated birthday presents! I'd definitely visit again in the future.

It's a really fun place to browse if you like little bits and bobs for making things and would be a great place to take kids and get them interested in creative activities. Pros: fresh food market hall downstairs, proper cafe upstairs, click and collect, M&S quality products, mens, womens, and children's clothing, and M&S has started their own rewards Sparks card. Located in the mall, so there's a parking garage from the elevators. Cons: quite small, very small feeling in fact, old flooring and lighting, needs a new coat of paint, cafe looks really outdated, poorly laid out, and their clothing selection mostly caters here for the elderly. And the toilets are super old and half of the time are never functioning. I heard that most of Coventry City Center will be knocked down and rebuilt, and I think if this place wants to stand a chance against the new high class shops arriving within the next few years, then corporate better offer a full face lift, expansion, and start catering towards the University Students. All in all, I still shop here weekly and will continue to do so, but I see so much more potential at this M&S!

They do a selection of designer wear from ted baker, fcuk, pal frank etc etc.tshirts, shirts trousers dress shoes etc etc they have it all. The staff are cool, and know thier labels, and also are great at ordering stuff in from the ranges they do even if they are not showing it in store. They also sell gift certificates, with is good if like me you are pants at buying presents. They also have just started doing kids clothes, which are so cute, espcially thier paul frank and joules ranges.
