That's when I was invited to go shopping, I hate shopping, but I was taken to Jack & Jill Children's designer clothing shop in Sutton. Here they stock a large selection of children's clothes from around Europe. My friend's daughter loves this shop, she was particularly impressed with the array of floral colour provided by the Kenzo range, and I had to agree, she looked adorable in all the outfits she tried on. My shopping experience was enhanced due to this unique shop, it's range of clothes I had not seen in the larger retail outlets and the customer service from the sales assistant who was passionate about what she was doing. If I had a young child I'd want him/her to stand out from the rest too by wearing something different to the rest.

You do get value for money coming here and the prices of clothes are much cheaper than what you would find at high retail clothes stores. Parking is available on-site so parking shouldn't really be an issue. You may have to park on nearby side streets if there aren't any available spaces in the car park. It is only a five-minute walk from the City Centre to get here. And plus there are buses that stop directly outside the store. The staff are really helpful. If you do have any issues/questions, they will be answered. I must admit when I saw the outside of this store, I didn't think much of it. However there are bargains to be had here and I know some people who would be interested in coming here.

Here you can grab a bargain but take care of the clothes because they can break easily, as I've learnt with cheap clothing. The shop is small which is probably why they put some of the clothes outside. It's great that the sell a variety of clothes for women and children but there's nothing for men! So a small mens section wouldn't hurt. If you want to try on the clothes you can't because there's no changing room or mirror! This was shocking and I'm sure most people who enjoy fashion/ shopping will agree. They need something so you can see what the outfit looks like on you without buying it. The shop isn't visually appealing; the floor is dirty and old and the walls are too plain. In fact the only thing that makes CB4 stand out to me is the bright coloured clothing. So they need to do something, anything to make this place look better. If it was more modern the owners could match or beat the competition around it.

Inside there are character bags and hats, and something for mum too in the form of figure hugging dresses in asymmetrical designs and costume jewellery. What blows me away in here is that its rare to spot anything over £10. (I did say it was budget). The only item that I saw on the day that was over a tenner was a denim bag, a dress and that's about it.

I bought a lovely soft rocking horse style rocker from here for my niece and she loves it! They have some lovely rocking horses which are all around £40-50 and the one I got was a cow which plays a lullaby when its ear is pressed and has a wooden rocker part at the bottom. The staff here are very friendly and I have visited the store looking for gifts and looking for large purchases and have always received a warm welcome, offer of help and great service. This store is well laid out, very spacious feel with plenty of room to move about with a buggy!
