Problem is some of the people they introduce you could even be rated at the ultimate 6 star experience...and then there is the 'others' that a no star is too high. I was bribed by the eLiveLife company to post a YELP review and IF it was positive I got a FREE ticket to a business expo (value $299) that looked interesting. What I am willing to share is as follows: I am positive that some of the vendors are fantastic and I am also positive that others do not return calls, flat out refused to honor the certificates as well as be nasty about it. I only had 2 good experiences and the other four were wasted as the vendors NEVER honored them or returned calls...I did not receive a refund or an offer to replace the useless vouchers by eLiveLife...so you decide...I just can't bring myself to lie just for a free ticket. read more

Absolutely am extremely impressed by the service. Vanessa is already very helpful and will exchange certificates for you even if they have expired. Never once have had any issues with them whatsoever. if i am not satisfied with a service they will replace it with another one. I buy from them every year and will continue to because of the excellent service they provide! read more

Elivelife lets you try new salons and service providers at a huge discount. I had a package of 6, most of which I used as gifts, and it was so nice to be able to go to the website and instantly pick out and download the certificates. It was fun to be able to give a nice gift and know that the person was going to be able to enjoy a high quality service that I didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars. I gave my mom 2 acupuncture certificates, which she had never tried before, and she loved it. It was good that she was able to try 2 different places to find one she liked. She ended up actually liking the first place a lot and can't wait to go back. I gave my sister a mani/ pedi certicate and she was so excited. I can't wait to use the other certificates. I definitely recommend trying an elivelife package for yourself or as gifts. read more

EXCELLENT customer service, amazing deals, and some of the best vendors/services in San Diego! This is a brilliant way to try new products and services--I have been happy with them all! Elivelife has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced: emails are returned promptly, coupon codes are resent quickly (after I messed up and lost them), and they are SO patient and courteous answering questions. read more

I bought a package of 7 services a LONG time and was a total mess about using them! ELiveLife was so patient with me and helped me get all the services that I wanted/needed (and let me cancel the ones I decided I didn't want). I even got one service on the house!! I never used all of my credits so I e-mailed them today asking if I could still use them. They responded so quickly with a code that automatically credited my account with my unused credits! They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. SO HAPPY! read more

Look out group-on! I've gotten better deals here~ eLiveLife is a great business and referral service. I arrived in San Diego almost two years ago, and needed referrals for just about everything [dentist, stylist, masseuse, manicurist, chiropractor, etc.]. My university suggested them and I have been using their services ever since. They offer amazing deals- once I got massage for like $29.00 (plus tip). Valentines Day specials are a must! The providers are professionals and give quality work. I have recommended many friends to their services and given packages to others as presents. I encountered two not-so-great providers out of over a dozen purchased spa packages~ ***I highly recommend this site and trying a service*** read more

I recently had a Raindrop treatment with Mallory Vale. It was excellent. I was able to use a voucher a friend gave me for my birthday. I had to wait for a long time due to several life events that prevented me from using it right away. When I finally ready to redeem it I experienced a bit of difficulty in the elivelife website to print my voucher. Theresa, who was in the office was able to get me set up so I could make it to my appointment. The session with Mallory was really nice and now I am looking forward to using another voucher from elivelife to have another healing experience. read more

Thanks to eLiveLife.com's Spa Package that I purchased at an event, I have had some Amazing Massages, Facials and incredible Chiropractic Care. I have really enjoyed the services so much, that I have purchased more Spa Packages on line and as a result I now have my Chiropractor that I see regularly. I also found my Dentist through their list of providers. His name is Dr. Christopher Walinski and he is so gental and "One of the Best Dentists in San Diego." Buying Spa packages is a good way to save money, while trying out new service providers, until you find the right one for you. The Spa packages also make great gifts for your Friends and once they tried the eLiveLife.com Spa Packages, they had to buy it and try more services and service providers for themselves. They are getting pampered and loving the services. I just found out that eLiveLife.com has added restaurants to their list. I can't wait to buy and try more services. It's a Great Deal and Great Way to find New Spa's, Chiropractor's, Dentists, Salon's, Restaurants and so much more. I highly recommend eLiveLife Spa Packages for yourself and for your friends. This company has been such wonderful support to me while growing my skincare business in north county. I can't possibly thank them enough! I initially discovered Elivelife as I picked up my race packet for a half marathon I ran just over 5 years ago. They had a booth at the event, selling a package of 6 treatments, where the recipient chooses what treatment they are interested in and the best location for them. I loved the idea and it made me want to advertise with them immediately. I set up a meeting with Richard and he explained all the details of how they would market my business. They have a packed schedule of high profile events they attend, amazing and easy to use online marketing tools, they donate to charities, etc. all on my behalf and other businesses in their database. I have been extremely successful with their help. The clients that choose me for a service are usually looking for someone in their area, which makes for a high retention rate. I highly recommend working with this team. read more

I am a Transformational Leader and Coach, I really have found so much GREAT support from Elivelife, com in growing myself as an Entrepreneur and Business woman through collaborating over the last 3 years. I am very grateful for their support at my events with contributing gift certificates and I find that their STAFF is VERY heart-centered and conscious. Stacey Baker really has a beautiful spirit and wants to see everyone in the health and beauty industry be taken care of. Richard, the owner has a very dedicated, hard work ethic and is very quick at making decisions when it comes to business. I wish them the most SUCCESS for the growth of their business. read more

Generally/basically, elivelife.com coupons are a scam/ripoff. I would recommend strongly that you do not purchase them for any reason. Providors are few and far between - nothing like the book they show you when purchasing, there are additional, undisclossed, charges you will encounter from the service provider, when you call for help you are told things that you later find out are not true, and the whole registering and using your coupon online experience is very poor. The old saying, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, applies here. In summary, the coupons are worthless and this business is bad. read more

I purchased a package of 6 "credits" on January 28, 2012 for $100. I tried redeeming credits a few times, but could never seem to get an appointment (I called a few places for a massage, but they never had any appointments available at times that would work). Just logged in to see my credits and see if I could schedule an appointment for a massage with someone, and I see that my credits are gone. Less than 3 months?? I notice that the website FAQs say "most" expire in 3-6 months. I was pretty disappointed that ours expired after less than 3 months. It might seem like a great "deal" but when none of the providers we were interested in could seem to fit me in when I mentioned we had an eLiveLife certificate, it seemed like a waste or a scam. read more

Received a gift card from a friend for one complimentary service up to a $200 value. I selected a "$100" hour long massage and the website told me the business would contact me. After a week I contacted the business. After a few rounds of phone tag/therapist answering but not having her appointment book with her, I booked an appointment. Massage went well but when it was finished she told me I owed her $20. I told her I thought the cost was covered by my gift card and she responded by saying "If you used eLiveLIfe, I only charge you $20.". This was after I handed her a $15 cash tip. So I paid $35 for an okay massage - similar to a deal you'd see on groupon, however I shouldn't have paid anything as IT WAS A GIFT. I blame myself for paying her, but at the time, I thought I had misunderstood the limits of my gift card. Boo. read more
