Even more concerning, the equipment operator saw me getting out of the car with my baby and continued dropping rocks anyway, sending sand, dust, and debris into both of our eyes. This was not only unprofessional but unsafe. We are considering litigation because the project he abandoned in terrible condition is a rental property that we can not market until we bring in someone new to fix all of the problems.
