I know…read moresome people wonder why they charge for the tasting but your getting a 4 course meal with wine... for pretty cheap... I want to say around 25$ per person but my memory is a blur after my wedding :) The tasting was awesome and fun so we picked them to cater and I am so happy we did. Over the next ten months they were on time with emails, text messages, phone calls all of it. They were fun to work with. We had our wedding at my moms house and Dani and Jennine came up 2 or 3 times before the wedding to get a feel for where everything should go, how it will all work. They always had really great ideas. The day of our wedding I really didnt feel like I needed to do a thing. The staff was really professional, and very sweet. Dani and Jennine really did a beautiful job with the table settings, all of it. The compliment I have heard the most from all my guests is "your wedding was so well organized" Which for a bride is such a wonderful thing to hear. A year of planning and their hard work and great communication with our DJ the day of was just perfect. The food was awesome. The CHICKEN.. soooo delish! and Mac and Cheese for the kids was awesome! (Digged into that the day after for my hangover..) mashed potatoes amazing! Their bartender was soo sweet I think we tried to get him to stay and party when he was done.. but he was professional too. We were thinking of eloping but I went to the bridal fair anyway with my Mom to get ideas and look around. My first encounter was walking up to The Sidecar Mobile Bar outside the venue because my eyes were immediately drawn to the beautiful handcrafted wooden counter. Inside the bar it was beautifully designed- simple, modern, elegant. I even joked with David and part of their family saying I wanted them to decorate my home. I remember speaking with Dee and David and receiving their pamphlet and information on the mobile bar and although (at the time) I didn't have a need for their services, I kept their pamphlet with future ideas in mind of how I could utilize their services for work events, etc. My mom and I went into the bridal fair and as we were looking around I talked to many vendors and explained pleasantries until we came across some pictures and decor and again my attention was captivated. The gorgeous, handcrafted wood tables, the beautiful lanterns and greenery, but above all, the pictures that displayed the decor. I kept seeing these incredible, huge cedar trees with a wedding dress hanging in between or opening up to a beautiful wedding with eucalyptus and hints of gold and wooden lanterns. I spoke with Jenni and asked her, "where are these pictures taken? I have searched everywhere for a venue exactly like this one and I can't find it anywhere." Jenni then directed me to her mom, Karen and told me that it was her parent's house in Forest Ranch but that I might be able to have mine there as well. While trying to win over Karen, we talked about possibly having the wedding (I never planned on having and now absolutely needed) and she was going over options and what everything would possibly entail. It was at this time I put the pieces together and realized that the Sidecar Mobile Bar outside was Karen's husband and daughter in law and would be part of the package. Oh my gosh! We discussed meeting at their house so I could see it in person and hash out details and come up with a contract if we should all agree to move forward from there. The entire time I planned my wedding and coordinated with the Beskeen family it was nothing short of a breeze and an absolute pleasure to work with them. Karen and David make wedding planning look easy and are there to help every step of the way. Included in using their beautiful landscape and home for three days!, I was able to use their Premier Event Rentals gorgeous decor, to their Sidecar Mobile Bar and bartending services. I also chose to utilize Karen as my wedding coordinator and I can't emphasize enough how much it was worth every penny. Karen is a rare gem and phenomenal person. She is professional, kind, considerate, extremely organized, patient, and exquisitely gifted in her creative talents. Karen typed up an incredibly detailed questionnaire and a timeline and met up with my mom and I later to review so that she and her team knew exactly my intentions and ideas and to also get me thinking of things that hadn't yet crossed my mind so that all areas of our wedding day were covered. Karen also became the point of contact for each of my vendors so that I didn't have to coordinate with everyone. I also elected to have Karen make customized signs for us and they were Pinterest board worthy. Our wedding was a dream. I know that expression is used a lot but it was. To walk through the quiet, enormous, cedar trees on a beautifully designated gravel path with soft string lights above to my best friend and man I'm choosing forever with is a moment I will remember forever. Sitting at our head table and looking out at the ones we hold dearest to us, seeing everyone laugh and enjoy one another, going up to the bar with its soft lighting and joking around with the bartenders and dancing under the gazebo and stars will forever be cemented in my mind. The entire Beskeen family made our day seem effortless, flawless, and magnificent and I can't thank them enough.

I am still in awe of how seamlessly our day emerged, how much peace and joy I felt on the day, and how supported and looked after I felt. I owe a HUGE part of this to Ashley Smith, who had our backs throughout the entire process, and was organized down to the smallest detail. We met Ashley through a family connection and had coffee with her months before we knew we'd be connecting again. I instantly felt confident in her from our very first interaction. In the months to follow, we would share texts and emails back and forth, and eventually began Zoom meetings to work out details and wedding timelines. We always left our meetings with more assurance and trust - Ashley thought of everything and had all bases covered. It is incredibly worth the investment to have someone dealing with timeline, transportation and arrival times, and day-of details. We worried about very little (besides the storm we just nearly missed!) on our wedding day. Ashley had the entire event running smoothly and on time, constantly checking up on family members and vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be and if they were doing okay. Ashley even checked up on us throughout dinner, seeing if we needed anything and giving us timeline updates. Most…read moreall coordinators were booked but God was good to us as Ashley (the owner) had a cancellation and our wedding date opened up so that she herself could coordinate for us. We are forever grateful for the stars aligning to get THE Ashley for our special day. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire journey. She was great about asking me questions I would never know to ask or think of. She recommended the best vendors to make our day so special. We had two different locations for the ceremony and reception which made things a little more complicated but she and Jen nailed it! Her genuine care and concern for our happiness was so evident and appreciated. She went above and beyond by doing things for us that weren't necessarily in her scope just to make sure nothing was dropped. We're so thankful for Ashley and her company. I cannot recommend her services enough!

The owner, Michelle, and her property manager, Tasha, are so nice to work with and have put a lot of time and effort into making Bella Rosa an ideal wedding spot. The ceremonies are held in a lovely wooded area next to a creek with wooden pews and arbor. The reception area is directly adjacent to the "outdoor chapel." The venue provides a large table that can be used as the head table for the wedding party, or in our case, for the buffet dinner and drinks served to our guests. Our bride and groom sat at a sweetheart table under a canopy of trees clustered with hanging lanterns - so pretty. There are wooden hutches scattered about that may be used as drink stations, desserts, favors, etc., and Bella Rosa provides a long list of antique furniture, and decor that may be used at no extra charge. There are two bars, a dance floor, two air-conditioned cottages for each the bride's and groom's parties, a separate building with two restrooms, comfortable seating areas scattered around the property for guests to relax in small groups, bocce ball and ample space for other outdoor lawn games and activities. The accent of a huge lighted "LOVE" sign added a special touch to the event. The natural beauty of the setting, along with the many rose plants on the property provide a spectacular backdrop for wedding pictures. In the afternoon, the sun dappled through the trees and created the most beautiful light. As the sun started to set, the numerous sets of string lights and lanterns that adorned the property were turned on, creating the most magical effect. Many of our 150 guests commented again and again on the beauty of the venue, and the bride, groom, and our families couldn't have been happier with this choice.

From start to finish, he brought the perfect party vibe and kept the energy exactly where we wanted it all night long. What really stood out was how well he read the room. He played music that everyone loved, across all ages, and somehow managed to get our entire crowd on the dance floor. The flow of the night felt seamless, the transitions were great, and the dance floor stayed packed because he knew exactly what to play and when. So many of our guests told us afterward how much fun they had and how amazing the music was. Logan didn't just DJ our wedding - he helped make it unforgettable. When our wedding venue burnt down shortly before our wedding Logan was extremely easy to work with in changing locations, and even offered up some other venue suggestions while we searched for a new venue. And then when it was forcasted to be pouring rain on our wedding day he came completely prepared to still party in the rain. He even played the song "Rain is a good thing" by Luke Bryan to kick off the reception, and I've never danced or sung so hard in my entire life, it's one of my favorite memories of the day. His playlist he had for our wedding was so perfect, several people commented that it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been too, with the most dancing. Our day would not have been the same without Logan, he definitely brought the party. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, as well as recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
