After reaching out to multiple places during one of the hardest nights of my life, we chose this establishment based on the reviews, which I now question entirely. I was told I'd receive an update within 24-48 hours. At 72 hours, nothing. I called on day 4 and was told they had no updates and would call me back. They never did. I finished an entire work shift waiting. When I called again, I was sent straight to voicemail, called back two minutes later and finally got through, only to be told "I left a message but haven't heard back." From who? Their own staff? There's no clear answer. When my cousin called shortly after, she was told the office was already closed for the day. Mind you they "open 24/7." And we called them at 1am and was answered. The next morning I called twice around 12pm, no answer. Then, 5 minutes later, I receive a text from Mariela (see photo) that went from "I'll update you tomorrow" to "we're backed up" to "you can pick him up @2:30pm." In 2 hours. That kind of runaround is unacceptable under any circumstances, let alone this one. And it didn't stop there. I purchased the Complete Package, which is supposed to include an engraved name tag, wooden urn, paw mold, and death certificate. I also paid for a second paw mold for my sister. Every single thing was wrong. The birth and death dates were switched. "Your presence will be missed" was misspelled "precense." The name tag wasn't engraved correctly (just an outline of his name WIDEN). One paw mold was weirdly done, the paw print was better. And the second mold was never made. I just wanted to lay my dog to rest with dignity. This place couldn't even deliver what they promised, let alone the care and respect that moment deserved.

This is a large and truly impressive state-of-the-art veterinary hospital complete with exam & treatment rooms, labs, O.R., rehab, grooming and boarding. Upon high recommendations, we made an appointment to take my grandson's Preschool mascot in for a "checkup." We were immediately greeted by Ms. Melody who was very sweet and accommodating. Less stress for everyone and the staff goes beyond. ------------ I really love this vet. My family recommended them when I moved to town and I haven't wanted my cats to see anyone else. Four main reasons: 1) I have three cats so getting to the vet is, well, literally like herding cats. Having a full service vet roll up to your door is incredibly handy for my pets' and my stress levels. I usually bring my cats out to their van, but they will come in from my understanding. 2) they are SO good at communication. If I have a concern, they are fast to respond. That being said, if they can fit me in their packed schedules, they will; if not, I'm not left in a pickle. They make every attempt to figure out how to support whatever my cats may have needed even if they can't get to me immediately (and they do triage and consult. Also appreciated) 3) they are flexible!! I'm ok with getting a window for them to visit, but also, if my cat magically heals itself (as they do), they have no problem when you tell them in advance that your animal no longer needs to be seen. 4) they are AFFORDABLE. Three cat annual visits have been CHEAPER with Rockin Pets Rollin Vets than when I've had one cat brought in at other places. They don't skimp on their customer service and level of care either; it exceed other locations. Give them a call. Your pet (and your anxiety) will thank you.

I recently had a pup in real bad shape, and we could not figure out what was wrong with him. Luckily, something led me to this clinic. Dr. A was able to troubleshoot the issue and save my pets life. To not understate the direness of my situation, had I not found this clinic, I don't think my pup would be around today. He is now up and about and doing very well, all due to the hard work and caring of this awesome team. The aftercare is also top notch. They educate you and follow up and always make time for any questions you may have. As an added bonus, this vet is very affordable. Easily the most affordable I have been to in Sugarland. Needless to say, this is now the veterinary home for both my Bully Boys and am confident in saying this is easily one of the best, if not, the best Vet Team/clinic in Sugarland. If you are in need of a vet, or if you are on the fence and maybe having doubts about your current vet, do yourself a favor and call this place up. It will definitely be one of the best decisions you can make for your animal friend.

All of my dogs have been exceptionally cared for by Dr. Evans and his assistants and they have fit them in to be seen many times on short to no notice. Dr. Evans is a Texas A&M vet of the highest standard with very expansive experience in the real world and conditions out here in more rural ag/ranching Texas. He most recently did surgery to remove a growth on my Blue Heeler's muzzle, who had a previous history of mast cell tumors being surgically removed with intermediate class II pathology results of malignancy on his torso, but he didn't order a litany of expensive overnighted tests for an eight year old dog, even though Blue Heelers tend to be longer lived dogs than most their size. He also removed a large skin tag from his leg at the same time since he was already going to have him under general anesthesia and didn't even charge for that. The cost was $300 in total. The prior surgery for my Blue Heeler with another Alvin vet clinic on Hwy 35 was over $3500, and they tried to charge me for some supplements off of their own pharma website that were over 300x the price of what they were available for on Amazon, but they told me they were the only place those supplements could be purchased. REALLY? They had to make that extra gouge in profit after I had just had to dip into my retirement savings to pay the lab and surgery bill? My dog didn't even need those supplements and wouldn't eat them anyway. One of the owner vets also verbally berated me on my dog's check-up visit. She blamed me for putting a sterile cotton gauze bandage on the surgical incision as being the cause for having to re-sutured part of the incision at the edge and she is had me shaking and in tears, and I'm not one who easily brought to tears. I have many years of owning dogs and horses and caring for wounds. She wasn't even there when the surgery was done and wasn't there when the post-op instructions were given, which instructed me to protect the suture. Never again will I ever cross that vet clinic's door. I trust Dr. Evans completely. And BTW, my Blue Heeler's surgery on his muzzle and his skin tag on his leg went off without a single hitch, it healed well within a week and it's been over 8 months since then and you can't even feel or see where the sutures were, let alone there being no sign of recurrence of the tumor. You cannot even tell it was ever there. I highly recommend Dr. Evans and his staff for being extremely competent and having the highest standards of honesty and ethics. Those are very valued traits always, but especially in these days of "private equity" vet clinic takeovers by investors who care nothing about our pets or our ability to pay exorbitant prices for the care needed by our beloved animal family members.
