William came out promptly and explained the process the tree would require to be safely removed. He honored the deal on yelp giving us 5% off and also quoted removing a second dead tree as well. Within an hour they had a whole crew in our backyard working to remove the trees. We watched guys climb into the tree canopy and work diligently to cut the trees down. It was an impressive and efficient removal! Both trees fell exactly where they said they would. Before the started they took down part of our fence so the tree didn't destroy it. They put the fence back up after they finished and it looked good as new! We are super pleased. Especially considering we asked them to do this with such short notice on a Sunday. Highly recommend!

I called and spoke with the owner about an issue and got a lot of attitude and he was outright disrespectful. Think twice about working with this company. If you do, watch everything and make sure your contract is buttoned up. They will say they are grinding the stump and when the tree grindings evaporate you may still have a stump underneath. They do things very fast - they're a quantity type of company not quality. Take lots of pictures and videos. Better yet, get someone that has good reviews and will take care of you if something goes wrong.

Covered it with grass seeds and pat it down covering it with straw. Now, bc of their sloppiness (cutting corners), I've got to have the worst yard in the neighborhood with 2 types of GRASS. Any fool can see that my lawn is Bermuda NOT FESCUE! I want them to GET THESE LAVA ROCKS OUT OF HERE and redo the job RIGHT! OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY and I'll hire someone to do it the professional way. It's April 2022 and I'm stuck with Fescue Grass, Lava Rocks with a HUGE bare dirt hole in the center. They took out two diseased trees in our back yard. They removed all the debris, left our yard clean, and left minimal stumps.
