RAVE - Aaron Brown with Synergy Floor Care. I cannot recommend this man or this company enough…read more Aaron is the owner & does all the work himself!! Local, VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS He is very knowledgeable and will talk you through exactly what he recommends being done/why he recommends it being done that way vs another. He breaks it down for all the dummies (like me) who know nothing about rug treatment. Very transparent on the whole process & the pricing aspects of it. The day he was scheduled to come it was raining, and we had planned to take my 90 sq foot area rug outside for him to thoroughly deep clean/pet treat it. Instead of canceling due to the weather like most, he offered to come get the rug and take it home to his shop in Lindale and complete the job. He picked it up on Friday and had it back to me, fully dry might I add, on Sunday. This Veteran came on Veterans Day & completed a job for me when he could have taken the day off.. Thank you Mr. Brown for taking excellent care of your customers & more importantly, thank you for your service

So decided to take a chance on having him clean my awful tile that I hate that covers most of my house!! Goal is to replace flooring at some point, but in the mean time, Aaron has helped me know my tile is clean! I still hate it but I don't hate it as much now. 20 years of buildup on textured tile is not easy and I'd say border line not possible to clean without the right tools. Aaron has them and the knowledge! And I'll also say he's not judgmental no matter how bad it is. Give him a call for your next floor care needs. You won't regret it!

He walked me through the process while I was struggling with the insurance company. The insurance company didn't want to pay and they were giving me "the runaway," which had me so stressed out. Tyler kept in close contact with me every step of the way. I requested another inspection from Allstate and Tyler was there with the inspector to make sure things were done right. In less than 2 weeks after the she got the check, there were there putting on the new roof. This company takes pride in their work and I highly recommend them. My mom was very impressed with the cleanup job after the roof was on. They blew off both her porches and did an immaculate job cleaning the yard! I'm so glad we found them to do the job.

Do not use this guy. He is a con man and can't be trusted. I hired him to level and tile my new…read more2500 square foot home. He came to give me an estimate claiming he had 20+ years experience. I had previously had tile guy evaluate the floor and he found it to be grossly unlevel. Davis came into the house and arrogantly shuffled his feet across the floor proclaiming he had 20+ years experience and said oh yeah it's unlevel. No measurements were ever made, just shuffled across the floor. I paid him about $12,000 dollars to level and tile the floor. When I had the base board trim installed I had gaps under the trim throughout the house. I called David about a week after trim install but he wouldn't answer. A week later I called again and got a hold of him. I told him what I had and asked if he would come by and look at it. He asked that I send pictures, which I did. He claimed he sent the pictures to several others and within 20 minutes he comes back and says that they all suggest shoe moulding. He refused to come and look at it. In short it appears that not enough leveling material was used. He even admitted during the work that it was worse than he thought and barely had enough material to cover the floor and he ended up leaving a couple of closets bare so he could get done. He claims that if covered it's level. So according to him it's within spec. Close is good! So according to David you have to trim your house twice.
