In his code4 shirt he said "we don't care about the homeless getting meals". He proceeded to take photos of our license plates to "trespass us" anytime we come in the future to feed the homeless there. Our charity is full of veterans helping homeless veterans in Las Vegas. Don't be fooled by the whole "veteran owned". They don't care about homeless vets. Shame on this company! Code4 has single handedly made me lose faith in humanity

I entered my information and was given a ticket, which immediately reassured me that I would be seen. That alone made my day. The wait time was about 1.5 hours, which I think is completely reasonable considering I didn't have an appointment. I came prepared for that, so it wasn't an issue. I don't remember the name of the gentleman at window 3, but he was so nice, professional, and helpful. He made the process smooth and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I know this office gets a lot of negative reviews about customer service, but my experience was positive. I was there just to submit paperwork, and everything went smoothly.
