We built a couple of "custom" buses with the kids and used them to go for a "real" bus-ride in the commercial center to give them the "FULL" transit experience... Our concern was, of course, the kids' safety while "driving" in the parking lot... we turned to Designated Defense's supervisor, Russ, and he told us that they would be happy to secure the area and the "bus routes" for the kids. He, along with Zane and Armando did an above and beyond GREAT job, actually accompanying each bus (in all the HEAT) along the full route! I entered my information and was given a ticket, which immediately reassured me that I would be seen. That alone made my day. The wait time was about 1.5 hours, which I think is completely reasonable considering I didn't have an appointment. I came prepared for that, so it wasn't an issue. I don't remember the name of the gentleman at window 3, but he was so nice, professional, and helpful. He made the process smooth and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I know this office gets a lot of negative reviews about customer service, but my experience was positive. I was there just to submit paperwork, and everything went smoothly.
