The day of the wedding he was on time and professional. He had the wireless mic for our officiant and for the speeches later in the evening. He and his team were fantastic. The dance floor was full until the last song ended. Our daughter told us that Mark checked in with her a few times throughout the evening and asked how she was doing and if she needed anything. He was so discrete I couldn't even see his set up during the ceremony and dinner but had great sound systems, transitions, lighting! We had Mark / Elite sound professional DJs for our August 2024 wedding in Sonoma (in combination with the band Decades - also amazing) - and I couldn't recommend anyone more! We've been to dozens of weddings and the DJ plays the entire song, and way too much bruno mars. We gave mark a spotify playlist of what we like (of MANY genres) and he completely listened to the vibe, and was actually mixing music. Some DJs also are a bit *too* impactful in terms of MCing, but Mark was clearly a professional and kept the events flowing without interrupting. I would hire Mark for our wedding again no question, and I am incredibly particular, and music was the most important vendor choice of our day to us. He is 100% professional and I know went above and beyond to make our day special, without any involvement from us. Some DJs / vendors just 'show up' (understandably, with so many events) - but Mark truly was an incredibly impactful part of our day and made us feel like he was just as happy to be a part of the event as we were! His pricing is also incredibly fair for the value that he provides - especially if you consider how he helps the event flow, his lighting set up, microphones etc. If you need a wedding or event DJ, just hire Mark and be done with it!!
