I called a few days later and got a prompt return call from Robin, whom I believe is the owner of the salon. I told her my concerns and without hesitation, she said she would refund me for that portion of services. Please note, i have never, ever, asked for a refund on any type of salon visit so I was nervous about calling and addressing my concerns. I was so grateful that she made it so easy. I offered to send photos as proof but she said she didn't need them. Will i visit this salon again? Absolutely.
