Not only are the saunas infrared, they don't have to be blasting hot to receive the benefits. They're private and so relaxing! Holistic care is on the rise and this is a great and easy way to get started on your path to health or add to what you already do to stay healthy. The Halotherapy (salt room) is like spending three days sitting next to the ocean. Salt is whipped and pumped into the room while you relax in a comfortable recliner and just breathe in the particles. It's great for lungs, sinuses and skin. I feel like I can breathe better immediately! It's amazing. Onyx also offers a variety of exercise and meditation classes. They also have a couple massage therapist! Not to mention the boutique with unique gifts and fun finds. CBD bath bombs, jewelry and tea just to mention a few. I love places like this that help Billings be modern and are on trend with the bigger cities and what they offer. Halotherapy and saunas have been used for ages for the great health benefits. As with most services, it may take a bit of trial and error to find just the right therapist for you, but once you do, the health benefits from their routine massages and facials are fantastic. I currently see Angie for massages and Suzanne for facials and they are both amazing. Angie is adept at getting out muscle soreness and tension without going too far and causing more pain, which I have had a lot of issues with from other therapists in the past. Suzanne provides a wonderfully relaxing facial and is very knowledgable about the Murad line of products so she provides great recommendations for continuing home care which has really helped improve my skin. I never have any issues booking appointments for either of them, and I never have to wait for my appointment to start. The spa itself is always clean and quiet and the waiting area is a great place to shake off last minute stress before your appointment. Parking is ample and close, and the appoint reminders/confirmations from Massage Envy via text are also really convenient. The pricing for the membership is really reasonable too. It really doesn't get better than this. Enjoy!
