I was understanding of this because Billings, MT is a relatively a small community. My problem with Massage Envy in Billings, Mt is that I cannot Stop my membership. They are telling me it auto renews after initial contract period is complete. I have contacted the Billings repeatedly and they assure me it will be canceled. 4 months later and I am still being charged! Today they told me they are under all new management. I requested the manager to contact me and the employee stated "She is very busy, but I will tell her".

Intro price for a one hour massage (amounted to 46 minutes of hands-on time, to be exact) is $55, the gift card I was given was for $65. When it was over, I asked that the remainder on the card be added to the tip. Emily at the front desk told me that the gift card only had $55 on it. I showed her the sleeve that it came in, with their written "$65" on it, she responded with, "Weird. Yeah we go off of the computer, not what that says." I asked again why they would write 65 if it wasn't for that, she didn't know. There was another girl at the front desk, she didn't say anything. Then Emily tried to sell me a membership, and maybe one for my boyfriend, too. I left, and had the person that gave me the gift card check their bank account, which showed the transaction to be $65. I called Massage Envy, they said they needed to call me back. About 20 minutes later, they called and said that it was in fact for 65, and that they could just add it to the tip. I asked to take care of it another day so that I could speak to a manager before leaving this review. I called and spoke with a manager on Monday, she mumbled through her name so I asked again, she mumbled through it again so I'm not sure what her name is. She interrupted me about four words in to say, "yeah we figured it out so we're all good." I asked her if she understood why it's concerning that I had to fight for $10 and then prove it before they would honor my gift cards value, and she responded by saying that she can't teach new people everything before they start. She asked if there was something I wanted, and I said I simply wanted to get a managers input before leaving this review. I said I would like the remaining $10 to go to Stacy, and she informed me that she had already given it to her, anticipating that's what I wanted done. I do not recommend going here, simply because of everyone but the massage therapists.

I went on Yelp to find a massage therapist and found Marcia. After reading her reviews, I knew this was something I wanted to try. As soon as I walked into her room, I was immediately at ease. She sat with me for a few minutes to figure out what my body needed for treatment. She began by singing and holding my feet. Her voice is as beautiful as it is powerful. She would move to different parts of my body where she felt I was holding onto ick. She would cradle that part of the body and sing. When she was finished, I left feeling light in my mind, steady in my emotions, and grounded in my body. It was exactly the treatment that I never knew I needed. It has been 3 days since meeting Ms. Marcia and I feel like my old self from before the move. I really can't say enough good things about her incredible talent and kind soul. It's not your ordinary massage. It's something extraordinary!

I have so far received several treatments from Marcia, and I can honestly say that each one has been helpful. While some use massage as a way to relax, I use massage to help alleviate the symptoms of my bipolar and anxiety. I have had massages in the past that have been wonderful and relaxing, but a massage treatment from Soul Sync is in a different category altogether. Combining her extensive training in massage and energy healing, Marcia also adds an element that is completely unexpected: the sound of the human voice. That's right: Marcia employs her beautiful singing voice in a treatment she calls "Celtic Blessings." The sound of her voice sends directed vibration that complements the energy and massage work she is doing at the same time. More than likely, you've never had anyone sing to you during a massage. At first, it can be a bit of a surprise. But Marcia's lovely voice will soon have you relaxed and you can honestly feel the vibration of her voice doing it's work on your energy fields. By the time your treatment is over, you can walk away feeling balanced, relaxed and "fluffy" as your aura is renewed. Another aspect to Soul Sync is the variety of other healers they employ. For instance, I decided to try a Reiki treatment from Andrea Sanders, another of the amazing energy workers at Soul Sync! For those of you who might not know: Reiki was developed in 1922 by Mikao Usi, a Buddhist monk from Japan. Reiki is a technique that uses "Ki" or Universal Energy to help promote relaxation, stress reduction and healing. It is more than not practiced by the laying on of hands, although some forms may not use an exact placement method. Andrea is a very relaxing spirit to begin with. Even though we had only met just moments before my treatment, I felt immediately at ease with her and trusted her instinctively. To further establish trust, she explained everything she would be doing during the course of her treatment. Before beginning the treatment, I felt very anxious. (A symptom of the bipolar/anxiety) As Andrea began to work on me, I began to feel the anxiety work itself out and melt away. (It sounds like a cliche', but it really did make me feel like I was melting ... ) Soon, my breathing became much more steady, my body became much more relaxed, and I could really begin to feel my energy field begin to realign itself. Reiki can be very powerful, as certain attachments can give way and trapped energy begins to move. During the treatment I began to weep. Andrea helped me to just let it happen naturally and let the energy work out on its own pace. This was a welcome relief from the "holding in" I had been doing. This treatment was completely worth it. I highly encourage everyone to try some treatments at Soul Sync. You will not regret it!
