I sent 6 photo's to the owner in reference to the facia colors discrepancies. No response from the owner. Enstro was yelling & pointing his finger in my face at me stating I can not write a review cause I have no contract with them. I again advised him I am the Manger of this Apt Complex , & any resident can also put a review in. Joshua came to my house, assessed the size, age, and condition of my roof and told me I actually had two more years of wear. That alone shows honesty. However, my insurance company mandated a new roof. Joshua left literature on options, and told me to study them and pick what I wanted. There was no pressure or upselling. The office staff told me I was up for the first of May and this was February. In March they called and were ready to start work. What a surprise! They were efficient, cleaned up after each day, and charged me a fair price on my metal roof. They also followed through with closing out the permit in a timely manner. If you need replacement or repair in your roof, these folks are honest, hardworking, and do an excellent job!!

After multiple trips back to my home and tarring down loose shingles, it was discovered that my home has another roof inside the attic!!! The cause of the leak was flashing not installed or badly installed on the chimney by another roofer. Rick and Chris were out here multiple times trying on the same initial fee I paid to tackle the root cause of the leak. They didn't charge me for any of the return visits. When the problem was discovered they gave me an estimate of the cost to install the flashing. The final cost was less than the worst case scenario And they saved me some money. What honest guys!!
