I do not recommend this company. Ed is Extremely Rude, obnoxious & yelled profanties at me. There office is incometent they could not give me the address sequence for our job. none of the roofing workers speak any English. At the end of the Roofing job. I was advised by Enstro that they will be back tomorrow to repair the damge they done & remove both trailers. Well they arrived early in the moring removed one trailer & left. I waited all day for them to come & repair the damge & remove the other trailer. They never showed up. I do not recommend this company . I would not recommend this company. first Ed is extremely rude & arrogant, unproffessional. Ed used profanity towards me even threaten to knock my block off. He is a bad person to represent this company. There office is totaly incompetant, the office had no idea of the address sequence for the job site. none of the workers even could speak any English. I also advised them of an old piece of damage wood still up, that they had butted a new piece next to it & that the wood has to be rplaced. They lie. At the ending of the work. Entresto advised me that will come back tomorrow to repair the damge they had done & will remove the two trailers. They arrive 7;30 am removed one trailer & left. I waited all day for them to come to repair the damge they have done , for them to never show up. They made a worker steped om the sheet rock in front of the front door they sis not say anything. I had to bring it to their attention, they also left a piece of bad wood in front ^& was going to cover it with the fascist. I advsied them to change the piece of wood. on the fascit 6 bilding they used a total different color, ours are brown they used grey. I sent the owner photo's of the discrepancies of color the owner adised the office wants to paint it. No respond to the E-mail. there clean up was terrible we found may stables, tails etc. do not recommend this company. The roofs look nice, that is about it, they lie. I sent 6 photo's to the owner in reference to the facia colors discrepancies. No response from the owner. Enstro was yelling & pointing his finger in my face at me stating I can not write a review cause I have no contract with them. I again advised him I am the Manger of this Apt Complex , & any resident can also put a review in. Ed & Enstro need to lear customer service , espically the owner who never came out to look at the discrpancies. Yes, in Florida, a resident can write a review about a roofing company. AAA Roofing of Crystal River, Florida charged $28,000 to re shingle our roof. It connected with an addition (not included in this job). Where a breezeway connected with the newer addition they used the wrong materials even though we had the correct ridge and hip design they had delivered. Frequent calls and an onsite visit resulted in the sloppy job shown here. It would take $1500 to correct their careless mistake. This is a very good roofing company from the estimate to the finished product and with great customer service. We went with a metal roof and we are very happy with the work that was done. I watched them from tear off and then we had a speel & stick rubber on top of the plywood then screwed down the metal roof panels. We went with the silver to reflex the sun light and have seen a drop in our electric bill.. One crew, one day awesome work and very happy with everything they did + 50 year warranty. My father had his roof replaced in 2023, the roof leaked after this and caused a good size hole/leaking in his ceiling. it has been a pain to get them to come out to fix it or even return phone calls. read more

This Company did NO work and I lost my deposit...Any reputable company should NOT be requiring a deposit. BBB was NOT helpful...and took forever and the final with BBB (after 9 months) was the AAA roofing refused arbitration ...so had to take them to court. I canceled the contract 1 day after my hired General contractor signed an agreement, because they LIED to me. My GC used one of my blank signed checks to give them a deposit...and I lost 3500 and had to hire someone to do the job. Florida does not have a 3 day contract cancellation agreement like most states...this company knows people WILL NOT read the contract and I believe they make money from NO work and collecting deposit that are not refundable. Took them to court and lost there as well. Very bad situation. I reported to ripoffreport.com as well. This company has NO reputation and doesn't care because most don't do their due diligence on them. very disappointing, contract misleading compared to billing of Insurance. blowing off of roof caused debris to enter skylights, which were never replaced nor cleaned as per contractor, but listed in Invoice for Insurance, gutters never cleared from their debris. not one person spoke English for communication on site. very disappointed. never will recommend at anytime. read more

Used same company in 2008 with good result. AAA employees showed up on 3/28/21 to strip roof and shingle. Truck unloaded with at least 9 Mexican workers. Worked from 7am to dusk. No bathroom facilities provided but did see one worker come out of our shrubs zipping his fly. They had lunch, took a break and took breaks laying in yard, plus one outside my bedroom door on path from slider and another on front porch by front door-have photos as neighbor was kidding us about labor by our house. Most of roof was complete, called office to ask when they would return and also reported a bird bath was damaged and I had tar on drive. Was told needed to talk to Jim, the supervisor and was told a message would be left to have him call me. Skeleton crew did return to finish shingles above eve but no one again spoke English. Have tried numerous times since , left messages to have Jim call, with no response. Part of the contract was to have the inside ceiling repaired which had water stain from initial leak. With each message for Jim the supervisor, I said I needed to find out when the ceiling would be repaired and I needed to talk to him. Last week I received a call from a AAA staff wanting to know why I had not paid my invoice. Told her when the job was completed and I also had other issues with the bird bath etc., including peeing in our woods. This Monday, just after 5pm a truck pulled in with two individuals, waving a sheet of paper stating I won't pay bill until bird bath is repaired. Neither spoke English so one called a female translating when I was trying to explain the bedroom ceiling needed repair. I also asked the person translating to get the supervisor or owner on the phone to have them call me now. Then the worker had his phone showing me a translation I need to come in house. I let him in, he looked at ceiling, then the two got their ladders out and climbing on roof with chalk guns. Both my daughter and I went out trying to tell them the ceiling was from the initial leak. Finally my daughter got her laptop with a Spanish translation app trying to explain. It's after 5pm tried called the office left a message to have someone call, no response. We finally got the worker to get the translator back on the phone and again requested a supervisor or owner call to discuss getting the job complete. Today is April 21,2021, I again called AAA office asked to speak to the owner and was told he may or may not return my call as he will be in and out today and tomorrow leaving town for a week. I advised my message is from a very unhappy customer to please find time to return my call. I have had a check from the credit union to AAA for the full amount due since March 30. I lost my husband to Covid last November and need to list my home but cannot until the repairs are done. I am extremely disappointed in AAA Roofing Restoration lack of customer service, poor sanitation for their workers and the lack of a English speaking individual to communicate to. In total, I left at least nine messages for Him the supervisor to call with no results. When the employee called about paying my invoice, after I told her I had been calling she said there was a note on the file about the bird bath and that I had called. My daughter and I both were so frustrated attempting to translate, I find it unprofessional to put customers in a position to not be able to communicate to anyone coming in house or attempting to discuss the job and work that needs to be finalize. Isaac was the roof inspector and he did an extraordinary job in explaining the the different facets of the age of my roof (23 yrs) from shingle deterioration, the wear and tear that the weather plays on the roofs here in Florida. AAA Roofing. So we bought our home in October of last year and both owners had passed away and it was an estate sale. We were provided no disclosure and we paid for an inspection. Everything looked good. The roof looked good, etc. It was replaced in 2015 by AAA Roofing. We noticed after this last "hurricane" that the drywall on the back patio was bubbling. It seems to align with the skylight edge. We have 5 on the covered patio, which is under the roof. Since we had no idea who did the roof, we looked on public records to see who pulled the permit. It was AAA Roofing. We called them on Monday and were told that although they provide a warranty for the shingles and workmanship, they would not be extending one to us because we didn't call them within 60 days to transfer said warranty. So we are on our own for the repair but they will gladly come out & give us a free estimate. How in the world would we even know to call them? How would we get this information from deceased people? How do you not stand by your workmanship? Had I not told them that we were the new owners and lied and used the previous owner's name they would have just come out and repaired it for free. Companies that don't stand by their workmanship are not to be trusted. IMO I posted this on the Nextdoor sight and as a result, got a string of posts from people who have used AAA and the majority had multiple problems with this company. I was even sent several private messages about this company, detailing their issues. Just wondering what other's experiences have been. I have contacted another highly recommended company who will thankfully be coming out next week to see what's needed. read more

Working with AAA Roofing was as easy as it could get. We ended up selling the house during the waiting time so they worked to get it squeezed in before the sale date. I have been fighting with AAA Roofing/Joseph Chewning, Manager since NOVEMBER, 2019 and it is now May, 2020 and still the fight continues. I wish I would have looked this company up on the BBB website as there are numerous others that have filed complaints against them. The roof was done in 2014 by AAA. April 26 I needed repair done and to get an estimate done. Customer service was very bad, I was willing to pay for the repair. The customer service that answered the phone did not tell the truth. She did not give the estimater the information and would not let me talk to the general manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

So it is my opinion, that AAA roofing of citrus county is not where you want to go to get a new roof... Granted they will fight the insurance company on your behalf.. but then you will be married to them for your new roof and it has been my experience with them.... That is not where you want to be.. their initial work is shoddy and incomplete, and their warranty work is non-existent. I purchased a house that had a two-year-old AAA roof, when AAA re-roofed it they never bothered to install the exhaust vents for the oven or the dryer, both were venting into the Attic. The work around the chimney did not ever solve the leaking chimney problem. And there were loose shingles up on the roof. When call to do the warranty work we got the runaround. I used to be a fan, my first roof was from AAA , I had a roof done on my existing house. AAA Roofing. What a horrible company. They provided a quote for service for my aunt and then when service was completed they presented a totally different price. She stated she wanted to discuss with her husband the difference in amount owed. The owner threatened a lien against their property. They weren't saying they wasn't going to pay, they wanted to discuss the difference. They will never do business with this A Hole again and you shouldn't either unless you are willing to pay more than the quoted amount or go to court. read more

AAA Roofing in Crystal River, FL - January 2013, AAA Roofing install a new roof at my home for $4,180.00. I selected the 30 Year Architectural Fiberglass Shingles. The contract reads 'Workmanship 10-year guarantee'. The very first time it rained (March 2013) one of the bathroom vents started to leak, staining the ceiling. After a week an employee from AAA showed up with a tube of caulking to make the repair. He assured me it was fixed. In June, during another storm, the other bathroom vent had a major leak, damaging the ceiling. After numerous phone calls, the same worked showed up with several tubes of caulking and went up on the roof. He said he chalked everything and there wouldn't be any more leaks. I recently discovered the bathroom vent that's been repaired twice has been leaking for quite some time. There is now major damage to the ceiling including black mold growing all around the damaged area. I called another roofing company who came out and discovered that the two 1 1/2" bathroom vents and the one 2" utility room vent were improperly installed. The 2 bathroom vents were nailed to the roof using 2 roofing nails and the utility room vent had 3 roofing nails holding it in place. There was no caulking on the roof or around the vent covers. While the roofers were up on the roof, I asked them to check the other vents and around the chimney pipe. When they lifted one shingle around the chimney, water came pouring off the roof. I have no idea where the water came from but was told, it's been leaking for some time. There are no visible water signs inside the house so I have no idea where the water has been gone. The roofers replaced the 3 roof vent covers and sealed the chimney with roofing tar. The total repairs came to $495 which I expect AAA Roofing to reimburse me. Each time there was a problem I called the office several times. To date, no one has ever called me back or answered my emails. Rather, a worker showed up and raised hell with me for complaining to the owner of AAA Roofing, Rutherford Miniard. I told the worker I would not be calling back if the roof ever leaked again and sure enough, it did leak and I got another roofer to determine why the roof kept leaking in the same locations and to fix the problem. AAA Roofing is very irresponsible and I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with this questionable business. read more

Two to three months after AAA Roofing replaced my roof, I found two new water stains on the ceiling. Jan came to the house and couldn't find the source of the leak, but he went on the roof and patched some nearby areas that he said sometimes leak. I guess he was lucky because it hasn't leaked since. It took several phone calls before their painter came to paint over the new stains. The contract says they clean up nails in the yard by using a magnet. Yes they used a magnet, but it took my 11-year old grandson about an hour to find 25 to 30 more nails they missed, and my riding mower's found three more so far. AAA refuses to pay for the tire repairs or to take any responsibility for damage caused by their sloppy work and totally inadequate cleanup efforts. There are many good reliable roofers in Citrus County. I'd advise you use one of them instead of AAA. read more

I had AAA roofing put up a new roof back in 2006 it look good when it was done but who knew 1 yr later i would be calling them back to fix a leak over my garage the roof was leaking doen into the garage so they say that they fix it . Well i had to call them back 2 other yimes for the same leak now its 12yrs and i call them for the same leak and the owner wants to change me $1800 . They r crazy ifthey fix it the first time it wouldnt of leak again. When i called to speak to Refus the owner the girl that answer said hevwas in a meeting she said he would call u back he never did they do not stand by there work or mistakes that they made and now i had to call another company to fix AAA mistakes and its costing me money to repair the roof and to put new Shingles on that part where it was leaking its all mildew now and discolored those shingles this is a bad company and i rate thrm a 0 poor worksmen ship i wouldnt send anyone thete to get thete roof done by them. please do your home work on this company. in the long run it will save you on re repairs. please follow along with what you need to do not to get left all wet. {1} dont just sign untill you take the time to read the all the contracts, this is very important. there will be two. if not more you need to see the manufactures warranty before you sign anything!!! read it carefuly then make sure you get a copy of aaa contract read it fully, the two will not be the same. you will need to know the phone numbers or the web site of the company that supplies the materials. dont skip this part. manufacture will only cover problem if the roof has been registered then is has to be a defect of their product not and i repeat only their product!! they do not cover poor workmanship!!! l and now for the big part please before you sign off on the job get it in writting from that the roofer that roof has been registered with the material manufacture you need the phone numbers of the company that supplies the roofing material you not aaa will pay to have manufactures inspectors to come out and see the problem.this is not cheap!! now this part is for all of the new home buyers out there check for leals seller has to disclose this to you if there is a proplem . check ceiling carefuliy. very important who installed the roof get in writting that all leaks have been repaired!!! make sure that warranty on the roof can be transfered and how much time do you have to do this. the biggest thing to look for is did the roofing company register the roof with the product manufacture if not you could have a problem call or go on line to check this out you will not be told this ahead of time hell the seller my never have known their roof was never registered!! was my was not then the battle to get things fixed will begin.7 long years of attemps aaa has worked on my roof since the day it was installed.2015 they have made many attemps thru the years to fix the leaks in this roof to no avail. last time was just a few months ago was promised at that time they would repair the damaged the leak caused in side . which they have know about for 7 years but now are hiding behind a warranty issue my contract from them does not state 60 day transfer no where and after calling the manufacture of gaf roof i have learned this roof was never registered with them ther contract tahts 60 days but if roof was not registered with them then there whas been no warranty for 7 years so now what this is now a owner finaced home owner holds the paperwork on this home i rented this home for two years before ownerfinacing and aaa had been called out a number of times over the last 7 years to fix the problem which they fully knew about now are trying to hide behind no transfer of warranty which they themselves failed to register and the problem turned out to be their worker installed parts of the roof around the chimney incorrect that is what there new worker found when he came here just aa few months agohe worked for approx 4 hours doing repaied. was again told they would fix the ceiling that had been damaged and was fully known to them they now refuse this org leak happened after the org new roof was installed over 7 years of calling them out to fix this what a joke now hurrican e weather time is upon us my ceiling is a mess and has been for over 7 years and aaa has known this learn not to get burned i didnt start this but aaa was paid in full by insurance company to install new roof correctly 7 years ago and just got repairs re done but they a few months ago well now what still not sure it wont leak again ceiling now they state they wont fix they blame all of this on ex employee from over 7 years ago it took 7 years to repair now how much longer to fix inside cant do painting untill they fix the ceiling as promised while worker was here. 7 years this has taken to fix and still not done as they try to hide behind warrany that my contract does not state but manufactures does but thane as i sto this is a big but warrany that aaa should have filed with timberlibe was never done so no matter what they my say they faild to complete there isde of the contract causing contract on materials from manuf to be no valid but neither here nor there they dont cover poor workmanship !! read more
