I am remodeling my historic home with a tiny bathroom and a unique, antique tub. Ray reglazed the tub and restored it to perfect condition. He was super fast with communication and professional in every way. The other reviewer who complained that all he did was spray the tub did not understand what it means to reglaze a tub. All reglazed fixtures can only be washed with dish soap and a soft cloth, no matter who does it. I'm so happy with Ray's work and glad I chose reglazing over trying to replace a unique tub. This is months later and I am still waiting for Ray Hubbard of Elite Refinishing NY, to at least pay for the floor that he damaged, one that I had to pay another contractor to fix. Ray said he would compensate the money but still has yet to do so. This is a warning to others. I would not recommend Ray Hubbard of Elite Refinishing NY or his services, as he merely spray painted my tub which according to him I can not clean with anything more than a soft cloth and Dawn detergent. (Not a finish made of porcelain as promised) As previously mentioned, I do not mind if people choose to get high, but I very much mind if they are high while doing a paying job. I am disappointed and regret ever hiring him. Buyer beware. read more
