He did use our hose as well to get around but he did the job he came in. He was very efficient. We had a little bit of a snafu with getting the invoice to pay him but he was very patient and kind and I would just really recommend him for any of your needs. He is very efficient and no nonsense. So you get what you get and there's no hidden costs or up charges and I really appreciate that. Especially when you're trying to get a house sold or move in. It's already stressful enough. You don't need to deal with shenanigans from contractors or vendors that you use to get stuff ready

Highly recommend Go Kleen / Antonio Martinez!…read more I found Antonio through a recommendation in the Georgetown Facebook group after my dryer started giving me a "clogged vent" error. I called him at 8 AM the next day and he was kind and thorough right from that first phone call -- he asked good questions about the job, gave me an estimate, and let me know when he could come out. He showed up within three hours of that call, which I really appreciated. I showed him around, we discussed further questions and Antonio went straight up to the roof, found and fixed the clog, and showed me before-and-after videos and photos of the vent. We tested the dryer and it ran perfectly with no more error messages -- problem solved. We live in a 2-story house and he conquered the challenge. What really stood out to me was the speed he could resolve the issue and how considerate he was in and around my home. I have dogs and cats, and he was careful to keep doors and gates closed so they couldn't get out. He explained everything clearly -- what he was doing and why -- so I understood my options and could make an informed decision. He never tried to upsell me; he just told me what would actually fix the problem and did that. He also suggested a no-pressure follow-up cleaning in 6-12 months to prevent this problem and I've already booked my next appointment with him. If you want a job done fast *and* done by someone who's respectful of your home and pets, Antonio is your guy. Highly recommend!
