I was introduced to Prolific Painting by a friend who had hired them to paint her home. She spoke…read morevery highly of them and expressed how happy she was with her results so I scheduled a consultation... From the initial contact, the service provided was stellar. I wasn't just another caller, however, it felt more personable and I could truly sense that the owner wasn't just running a business but taking pride in providing a service of value with a core focus on customer satisfaction. For my consultation, the contractor arrived early and was very pleasant. We executed the walk thru together and discussed every detail. I had questions and he happily had answers. As we discussed the process, he was able to almost sense my questions and provide specifics to a degree that I didn't have any follow up questions. As far as colors, their color insight based on the natural lighting of the home as well as the general design really helped me when it came to color concepts and making my final decision. I decided to go with Prolific Painting as the service and consultation really made me feel valued as a customer. Also, the pricing was not only fair but made sense and didn't come with a bunch of hidden fees. It was straightforward and to the point. My project was slated to take 3 days and was completed in 2.5 Days. One Word... AWESOME!!!!! The work was Stellar. The end result was even prettier than I had even imagined. Also... they cleaned up behind themselves. Oh my gosh!!!! 10's Across the Board. If you're looking for amazing results at fair pricing with amazing service, one name comes to mind... Prolific Painting!

Unfortunately, after turning over the check, he and his people never came back. I paid for but didn't receive the pantry door, nor did I receive the finished crown molding and baseboard work in a bedroom hallyway. Carlos would not return my calls inquiring when he would finish the project. UPDATE: A few years later, he finally called me because another customer of his told him he owed me. He showed up and I took him around the house to point out what he was paid to do and did not do. He said he would call that week to come fix those items. I never heard from him again. That was four years ago. I would not recommend doing business with Carlos Martinez.
