Bluegrass was able to get me in the next day (everyone else was quoting me 3-4 weeks before they could even see me) and were extremely communicative the entire time my car was in the shop (a little over a month). I was really impressed and encouraged by my experience with them for a multiple reasons: 1) Their customer service was incredible. I was freaking out on the phone after having this very logistically inconvenient accident and Wade was really helpful and calmed me and my worries when I first called them. Derek (I think that was his name) who worked at the front desk was lovely in every interaction I had with him, in person and on the phone. I had to go home to Denver over the roughly 40-60 days they had my car and they communicated with me the whole time. They never even thought for a second about charging me to store my car on the lot while I tried to figure out how to fly to Louisville quickly once my car was ready. 2) My car looked like nothing had happened to it once I got it back--and to this day it drives like a breeze (this happened 3 days before the end of August 2023, got it back beginning of October 2023). You run a stellar business and I appreciate you all!

I bought my Macan at the Bluegrass Motorsport in Louisville branch 2 years ago. I have loved my car…read moreand I'm extremely happy with it. Over the past month, I have tried to call the dealership to schedule an appointment three times and I left a voicemail twice. The website didn't offer a chance to select the service that I needed done. Since I haven't been able to receive a call back, I scheduled an oil appointment and tried to call again to clarify that I needed another service as well. I couldn't ever get through. This dealership is hoppin! I totally understand. When I arrived today to tell them I needed another service added, they accommodated me without question (it was a $2,000+ service). I had tried to call and see how long the service would take before arriving so I could make accommodations but wasn't able to get through. I asked if someone could drive me the 0.6 miles to the nearby mall and was told they would see what they could do. I understand they're short staffed, so I just sat around and waited. After nearly 3 hours, the representative said they had a car for me to drive to the mall while I waited for my car to be finished with it's service. Then, they told me that my car needed new spark plugs and tires. I had the spark plugs replaced within the last 12 months and they only have about 15k miles on them. I explained I would get my tires replaced closer to winter. They then told me my car would only be about 30 minutes more then. An hour and fifteen minutes later, my car was finished. During my stay, multiple others (men) were transported or given a loaner for the day. I left the dealership after my $2000+ bill feeling undervalued as a customer. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman or something else but I'll be considering Cincinnati for my future service appointments and purchases

They fixed the glo plugs, wire harnessing and updated the computer in it. Per the settlement agreement, anything to do with the exhaust- parts and labor was to be covered. It has been in multiple times over the past few years to fix these issues. Several times I mentioned to Kyle and customer service that I kept having to add coolant and asked if this was normal to which he basically blew me off and they never responded to my email. I have texts and an email to prove this. When I contacted Porsche corporate it basically came down to the point that they can't make the dealership do anything. I've been losing coolant for a few years but it was small and couldn't find where it was coming from. Fast forward to this year, my mechanic found a pool of it when he was changing the oil. So I called them and set up an appointment. Since it was 2 weeks out of the settlement warranty, they refused to look at it unless I paid the hourly service charge $225 an hour and then maybe "they might offer a discount" to what needed to be done if it was related to the settlement. First, I'm not paying $225 an hour if "maybe" you're gonna help cover it. It should've been looked at for free since they have blown me off each time I have asked and then gone from there. Not to mention Kyle no longer works there. I wonder as I've said before if it's because I'm a woman and they didn't take me seriously. So now here we are. Manager has not been proactive to reach out to me or be the least bit helpful and until I pay to have it looked at by them, Porsche has closed my case. Would definitely never buy a car from them or have anything serviced for their ridiculously high prices of labor and parts. Go to your own mechanic and pay 1/4 of what they charge. Zero trust in them to do the right thing and take care of me as a customer.
