The car is beautiful . . . until some careless parking lot person put a GIANT ding in my passenger side door. I was so upset when this happened I only knew I wanted to get it repaired before my bride saw it and it destroyed her day as well. It was 10:00 in the morning today, Monday, and I called the Dent Dude. I spoke with Tim. He said to bring the car in and he would do all he could to repair it. I said I would be right there. I left my home in West Chester and drove right to their shop in Loveland. This was a 20 minute drive. They quickly greeted me, took the car in, gave me an estimate and repaired the dent. I can tell you it looks fantastic!!! Not only that, I was back home in West Chester all good and dome at 11:30 am. This place is absolutely amazing and their customer service is the best. Thank you Dent Dude. You saved my life!!!

Fortunately my dent did not break the paint and it was a good candidate for paintless dent repair. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Ding Machine. I was quoted up to a week by a conventional bump shop. Finally the repair cost was significantly less than quoted by the traditional bump shop. If your dent can be repaired by the PDR method you would have to be nuts not to go this way.

Dent Knockaz responded with a reasonable quote and very quick availability to come the next day. During the repair, he was very honest that he couldn't fix it all the way.
