Benny and Elite painting came highly recommended from family members and boy were they right. I met Benny for an estimate and he explained his process and the order of how the work will get done. I was doing some other construction in the home and also redoing floors. Benny described himself as a "clean up guy" and advised me that he will come in last and get the house ready for move in. Benny and his crew delivered! First of all the work was exceptional - all work was done with care for the final product and with my satisfaction in mind. My wife and I walked through the house on the final day of work and couldn't be happier. Dave and John made sure every final detail was taken care of and cleaned up right before they left for the final time. One final thing of note - I've never met a contractor this honest and who sticks to their word on every promise. I had ordered LED retrofit lights to install in very old recessed lighting cans. This required some modification to the can and the light that turned what should be a simple install to a small project. The home has very high ceilings and I asked Benny for a hand as I'm not comfortable with heights and don't have a high ladder anyway. He wanted to make sure I'd be happy with the install and came to assist me on a Saturday. He didn't have to do this as this was outside the scope of "paint" but he came through, helped me out, and did it all with a smile and for that, I couldn't be more grateful. A weeklong project that was about a month out, became a two day project that was able to be completed the following week. The crew was very professional the quality of the work is top-notch. This was in fact the second time we had Elite painting our house. We initially had them paint the kitchen and bath during a major reno. When the first color in the bathroom didn't come out as per the sample, Benny provided a new sample and repainted his work to match our aesthetic. Benny stopped by the house to give us an estimate, looking over every part of the job, asking questions, and answering my own, to ensure that he fully understood what we needed. When the day came, his team arrived right on time, took great care to be as neat as possible, cutting down on any dust or other mess (with an 11-month old in the house, that attention to detail was extremely appreciated), and even offered to pick us up some pizza when they broke for lunch! Benny and his crew came to the rescue after hurricane sandy. They came to my parents' house in Nassau country after 4 to 5 feet of water was in the house. They replaced all the drywall and insulation, coordinated with our floor and heating contractors to get the house back in habitable state. We were so happy with the work ...
