Full set of nails $45 2 weeks later I went in for a fill , never saw the nice man that done my nails the 1st time, A woman was there I said I need a fill she said sit down and she continued to talk on her phone (very rude) then when she was done she said $35 I ask about the price a full set is $45 and a fill is $35 really?? I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. And I normally don't do reviews but I felt like it'd be worth saving people's time and money. I came in for a pedicure and polish. They painted my toes without completely painting the whole nail in multiple toe nails. Then my feet weren't scrubbed properly and as someone who is used to getting their feet scrubbed, I may as well would have done it myself. I mentioned it throughout the process and while my toes were drying and all they did was talk in their language and laugh. I should've asked what what being said since that's extremely rude and unprofessional given the fact that I don't speak their language, and I find it just very disrespectful. The owner of the place "fixed my toes" by painting over what was done by the previous technician, leaving it uneven. By that point I was so upset I asked the whole staff if I could get them all removed and they offered to fix them/or redo which I refused because they didn't bother correcting the issue to begin with. I was paying for more than a basic package and the provided the service for less then minimal which made no sense to me.. and i was told I was being picky... to post a picture of how my toes came out would put this place to shame, over all save your time and money and do not come here. Plus if you want to pay for a service they did not fulfill, don't pay for it! The staff really tried to make me pay full price, given that they messed up, and didn't do everything included in a package, let alone PAINT MY TORS AWFULLY. Bad vibes! read more

Only gave them one star cause I can't give them zero. My nails are thick and bulbous, there's craters In them. My pinky nail on my left hand is RIDICULOUSLY lopsided. I asked them to redo my nails twice. After the second time there was polish under my nails and I asked her to clean it, she barely did and then told me to "go". I got in my truck and immediately started crying, so my husband and I went back to see if they could redo them or give me a refund. They refused to do either and started literally screaming at me saying I'm picky and liked them earlier when I literally ran out of there as fast as I could. read more

This place is complete trash. Would not recommend at all the people are rude and while wife was getting a manicure the man doing her nails ripped her actual nail causing her to bleed. She said she wanted to just have them taken off and not worry about color so the gentlemen got up and walked away without saying anything and had another lady complete HIS job. Well I went in yesterday afternoon to get my nails done for my birthday me and my friends also had our toes done we did our feet first while they were working on my feet the woman came over and did my nails it was rushed through and not done right I payed 145 dollars for everything and it wasn't right but didn't notice tell I got home and started looking at them some were crooked and they have dents in them I called she told me to come by and she fix it and I did after work all she did was filed it some more and put clear coat on them she didn't fix nothing that didn't do anything so I will never go back there again I've never had a bad experience like that before so anyone want there nails or toes done don't go there I wish I would have known I would have went somewhere else read more

It's depends on the day with elite. Sometimes I feel like the services are rushed and a Rushed job is never the answer with amount of money that is paid! I like going here but sometimes I don't always get the best service. But I can honestly say I've had more good experiences than bad. read more

My nail tech didn't cover my nails correctly. Then, for my manicure, he filed my nails down. I kept telling him 'square' but he continued to file it as a point til the mail was gone. I even showed him how to do it. He snatched the Embery board out of my hand and continued filing incorrectly. Where are all of the good workers!!?!?!?!? read more

I'd actually like to give this nail shop a 0! The Female nail tech is extremely unpleasant, and downright rude. She did a full set of gel nails which were all uneven. About 1 week later, my nails started popping off, so I returned to the nail shop to get them fixed, I was charged for the nails that had come off. I showed the male nail tech who did the repairs on my other nails, and how some of my other nails are starting to come off. He told me I needed a fill, I told him that my nails were just done 1 week ago. I asked him how much a fill would cost, he stated that $35.00 which was unbelievable because gel nails are $40.00, it makes no sense that a fill would cost $35.00. It's sad that customers have to pay for the mistakes they made. They never accept responsibility when they make mistakes. The female nail tech also spoke about me in their language to another nail tech when I went back to have my nails fixed that she in fact messed up. As soon as she started talking about me, he turned right around and gave me a rude stare. I should have read the reviews and listened to the other customers prior to stepping one foot in that rude place. They're rude, they charge you when they make mistakes, and they never ever assume responsibility for their mess ups. Stay far away from this place and spend your hard-earned money with a quality nail shop that cares about their customers! They need to take the "Elite" off their sign and replace it with "Rude" Nail and Spa. read more

This salon provides excellent service and quality. The owners are very dedicated to the well-being of the customers. You can get a full variety of nail art, or a plain manicure. They burned my eyebrows and still expected me to pay. The lady was about to use a dirty eyebrow razor on my eyebrows until I stopped her.

What should've been a pleasant day off for my wife ended in tears and frustration, one moment she's leaving the house excited to have a little salon day for herself and the next I'm getting a sobbing call from her about her nails and how rudely everyone there treated her, so we both go up there and I speak to the gentleman at the desk with her about maybe getting her nails redone since they were so poorly done the first time and I shit you not the gentlemen started raising his voice at my wife and I, saying that my wife was saying she was happy with them, how picky she is for having asked to redo the awful nails the gave her and that he can't do anything for us, I recommend going literally anywhere else! read more

my mom stopped in here to have a pedicure, the woman treated her like crap. her toenails looked no different than when she sat down. massage chair was offered but when she asked if they could turn the power down just a little the woman just rolled her eyes and turned it off completely. find some other place to go these people didnt do a good job and the woman was rude. read more

I got my toes done today and i got acrylic on my big toe because the toenail chipped so i wanted it even. i left and that's when i saw the mistake so i called and let them know n they said to come back up there so that's what i did the woman acted like she had an attitude about fixing my toe nail n stated i file for you so she did that n then she got up and walked off without even asking if it was better. the overall toenail was crooked and should have been taken off and redone.
