I won my dispute through Amex and they awarded 100% of my money back. This company is a scam. Look through the reviews and do your own research!! Original review: "SCAM!! They send you emails with "matches" that don't meet your criteria and then the "matches" are not even available to meet. I was sent 4 emails with fake profiles over 3 months - NONE of them met my criteria. Roni also tells you on the initial convo that her database is full of very successful matches and this is clearly not the case. There is no "database". This service is a total scam and I wish I read all of the negative reviews on here before I had hope in Roni and her fake service. I signed a contract with Roni and her matchmaking company .. She and her assistant promised me they'll find someone for me. They at first seemed so nice and friendly....that I didn't think twice about signing with them and sending them $6,000. They did not want me to pay with credit credit or check .just a wire. I thought that was suspicious but I was convinced to do it. Then I waited about a month and didn't receive any dates, or profiles of men, or anything. I theb started to reach out and they eventually sent me some profile. I spoke to the guy . He said he was NOT a client of ronis and that him and Roni the owner met at some networking event so he gave her his card Roni flat out lied to me. She said all the men she would send are paid clients. This is a lie. The guy she sent I had already matched with on dating sites that anyone can join( match etc) Then I complained and she said she'll send me someone else Waited a couple of months and she sent me over another profile. I told her I was interested. Then she comes back and apologizes that the man wasn't even interested in my profile and so there was nothing to do. Then another couple months went by and she the same exact thing happened. Long story short, I got scammed. She sent me 1 person and that wasn't even a paid client. Each time I complained...Roni and her "staff" (which is made up of 1 other girl) came up with lies as to why they're not sending people..or how it's "my" fault etc She promised me at least 1 guy a month. It's really sad I lost $6,000 and months on this company. My honest advice to all women or me. Oht there looking at this company....STAY AWAY. You have been warned!!! read more

I recommend Elite Matchmaking because Roni and her team do a good job with vetting people before making a suggested match. They also believe in dating one person at a time so they only send one match at a time. Although I haven't found my person yet, my friend has had success. They are responsive and helpful. read more

I told Roni that I was 80 years when signing on to Elite. She was very upbeat in telling me that there would be lots of opportunities for matches. She did not tell the truth. She offered very few potential men interested in me and then held off offering any at all. I asked for half my money back to stop the make believe of this terrible service. I am still waiting for the refund. She faked friendship and caring. I was taken in with her false hopes and saying to me that "it only takes one." This service is a rip-off. I was a reserve member and that meant I was called on when someone matched my profile. Four referrals in six months were given. Three of whom lived 1500 miles away and supposedly came to my area occasionally. I accepted all but one referral but the other person did not accept me (according to the service). The charge was $1500 for 6 months. I realized that this was not going anywhere and asked for a prorated refund. It was denied because I accepted a contract. They advertise face-to-face interview which I never had. They assured me that they would be successful. I hope that this review will help others not to be taken in by the sales pitch and encouragement which came up empty in the end. read more

I am healthy, slim, and attractive. I am responsible, debt-free, and positive about life. These people knowingly set me up with a man who was interested in a fling, while I had specifically signed on to meet men interested in a long-term relationship or marriage. This man also revealed that he was very disappointed in Elite and had sought to sue them. I broke off with Elite. I have absolutely no trust in them. Not only did I get absolutely no value for my hard-earned money, but they abused me emotionally and humiliated me. They are scam artists who prey on lonely people.
