Really appreciate how easy it is to navigate her website and book appointments and redeem gift certificates. The location was easy to find and Leanne greeted me at the door. Now I've had many massages in my lifetime and it's a fine balance between a good firm pressure and waking up the next day feeling like someone beat you. Leanne has mastered that balance. I feel like she expertly worked out all the knots in my shoulders and I felt genuine relief and not additional soreness. She is totally professional and had many essential oils to elevate the massage. The only down side is she has a limited availability, so book her while you can.

She's engaging, warm, and professional. Leanne uses her rather deep academic knowledge of anatomy to provide a great massage. Her intuition and compassion, though, that's what's kept me coming back. She's a lovely loving person who happens to have magical hands ‍with healing powers Thanks so much, Leanne! Love ya!

He's never had a massage before and I wanted to give him an experience, rather than money or a material item. I knew he probably wouldn't want to go alone so I bought two Groupons. I called and booked the appointment and the person who answered was bubbly and booked our appts with no problem. I had to call to reschedule and the young lady who answered was helpful, and unbothered by me needing to change our appointments. We had a Sunday appt and Simon was who checked us in. We filled out the paperwork bc I failed to follow the link that was texted to me to fill out said paperwork. They sent us many reminders of our appt so, there is absolutely no way you could forget about your appt. My therapist was a male and my son's was a female. We both enjoyed our massages as both therapists were professional and focused on our areas of concern. The rooms were nice and the sheets felt and smelled clean. The beds weren't worn or uncomfortable. Simon saw my birthday was this month and said that anyone getting a massage during their birthday month, received a complimentary add-on service for free- I chose the salt stones since I've always only had normal hot stones. They have a membership program that allows you to SHARE the membership with someone. That's kind of unheard of, but also very innovative- def something their major competitor would prob NEVER do.

We made our way up the mountain and easily found the location where the bath would be completed. We parked, paid our $20 and began to look for a place to set up our blankets and pillows. It was a beautiful morning in the mountains with a light breeze. Unfortunately, this experience did not turn out to be what we both were looking for. We have attended many sound baths and hosted them too in our homes. There were some issues for us. First of all, Shari (the owner) began with a lot of talking. I don't mind a light meditation to begin but we both felt she talked too long. Next she began the sound bath by gently touching and playing the sound bowls. Since we were so close to the highway, cars driving by were drowning out the sounds of the bowls. Could we relax? Absolutely not. We just ended up sitting there waiting for it to end. Overall this was just an "Ok" event. It was wonderful to be outside amongst the trees but this experience would have been better in a more secluded and quiet environment.

I had a gift card, they checked the balance and explained what to expect when I finish. Then I handled the admission questions on the tablet. Shortly after I finished that, my masseuse came out and kindly introduced himself and his name is Kenneth. From the beginning of the meeting, he was warm and comfortable. Once in the room, he asked me more details about what areas of focus I wanted. I really appreciated that, it was nice that he didn't just look at the screen or answers I gave at check in and assumed. He took the effort to make sure we were on the same page. He had a well balance of regular and medium to firm touch that I needed and very professional. The room was clean, calm, and comfortable. He gave me my full hour, I timed it I will be back to this location! Thank you Kenneth and Massage Envy!

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience. I felt sore afterwards so I know she did her job trying to loosen me up. The facial was okay. I was told over the phone my facial would be at 6:30 pm, immediately following my massage but I waited in the lobby until 6:45 pm and went out to ask what had happened. They had actually booked my facial for 6:45 and not 6:30, which is totally fine but I was not informed about the time change so it was confusing. The woman who did my facial was very nice but seemed scattered throughout the service. The facial steam wasn't working which is one of my favorite parts so that was a bummer. I also really look forward to the neck and arm massage during a facial but this was very underwhelming. Overall I liked the massage but I've had much better facials other places.
