I can't say enough good things about Tim & his crew! I live in the City of Holland and my sewer…read moreline broke under the City sidewalk. We found this out on a Thursday morning after trying to have the line cleaned out. I had 3 contractors at the house on Friday, with all quotes in had by Monday afternoon. Busschers was one of them and their pricing was more than fair. Tim also suggested, while we've got the yard opened up, you should really replace your old galvanized water line. I asked him to go ahead a quote for both the sewer line & water, but please break out the pricing, and he did. So glad I did put in the new water line, the old was nasty. Anyway, it took a week to get everything in order, permits, and other service lines marked. The crew showed up on Tuesday morning and went to work. Of course nothing goes easy when your home was built in 1955-56. They couldn't find either line, but we did know that the sewer line went on an angle under the sidewalk from an earlier repair. In 1999 we had fixed the line from the sidewalk to the City main line. But in going into the house and looking where the water meter was placed, it was what we were afraid of. The builder put both connections into the home under the front walkway and steps. The new water line was the easier fix, we moved it over 3' and ran a new line to the City box. The sewer, that was another story. Removal of my front walkway & steps. They did it with care with no damage to my home, and minimal landscaping removed. Even though we had bumps along the way, Tim kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on and hoping I could answer questions he had, and the crew was great! and I answered everything I could for them as well. After a massive trench cut into my front yard, by 5pm everything was inspected by the City, the trench filled back in and the front yard put back together. So from the time that we found out the line was broke, to the repair and finished, Busschers rocked out my job in just under 2 weeks. I can't thank them all enough. I give these guys a 10+ rating!

At…read moreapproximately 6:30 AM on a Saturday, heavy excavation equipment was actively operating just outside my residence, causing significant noise disturbance. Starting excavation work this early on a weekend shows a clear disregard for nearby residents and raises serious questions about the company's judgment and planning capabilities. If this reflects how they manage project timelines, I'd be concerned about how they handle larger jobsite decisions. Professionalism includes respecting the communities in which you operate. I hope Ron Meyer & Associates Excavating reconsiders their operating hours and adopts more neighborhood-conscious practices in the future.

They also extended and buried one of my gutters to ensure that water was in fact flowing far away from my foundation. Looked at the complicated project. Which was to take the lower level of a home (580 sqft.) turn it into a completely separate living quarters. Full kitchen, full bath, living room area and sleeping area. He studied for a few minutes taking measurements and pictures. That same evening he presented his vision and price, we accepted. The next day he was on the job, approximately 2 months we had a beautifully completed tiny home. This young man is meticulous, has great work ethic does beautiful work.
