Then, it wasn't until the day after the delivery and install that I realized he didn't get all the measurements right AND didn't create the desk according to my request and order. When I asked for a copy of the warranty on the flooring that MHC recommend and installed, MHC told me that the warranty was void because the property is a rental. MHC scammed me.
