She used the same products that my salon in NY had used and she was open to my suggestions on how to apply the color for a more natural look. I have dark hair with a lot of natural highlights. Everyone else had died my hair solid black and due to the overly dark color buildup, it had taken on a purple tone. Candy not only makes my hair look natural at 52, but she has transformed the texture of my hair back to the shiny, healthy condition it had always been. Barbers use shears to cut off thick hair, not scissors, she was doing little cuts all around and not addressing the thickness. I told them the last place did not thin it out enough. That was my main issue and it was ignored. After a few minutes I seen another girl using shears to cut a guy's thick hair. I then said something about the girl not using the shears to cut my THICK hair, instead of being sprayed with water and the she cuts a snippet, not cutting my hair. I told her I don't like my head being soaked, the shears is what you need. She then got the shears and aggressively started shearing my head and messing it up. I had a extremely bad cowlick sticking up on my head. I got extremely upset and left. NO REASON FOR HER TO INTENTIONALLY MESS MY HAIR UP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I'm 67 years old and have had plenty of haircuts, I have only run into this way of cutting a couple times and never went back to those. I take a shower and clean my hair before going to barber and to walk in and get your head soaked after it just got finished drying was upsetting. First off this happened in Enterprise Classy Barber shop. I made an appointment on the online…read moreportal for a hair cut at 4:05pm. I received a text at 3:05pm confirming my appointment. I strolled in at 4 and told the receptionist I had a 4:05 with Miguel she told me he was at the Dothan location and already left the Enterprise location for the day. I said I just got a text confirming my appointment. She started speaking to another one of the barbers there in Spanish about it and he shrugged his shoulders and that was that. You could have as easily texted to cancel as you confirmed I said and save me the 25 minute drive up there. I was mad, so I called the Dothan location and when she answered it sounded like the same girl and I asked is this the Dothan location she said "yes", I said I would like to talk to Miguel I had a 4:05 in Enterprise with him. She said he is in Dothan, I said I just asked you if this was the Dothan location and you said "yes". What a bunch of liars and not even being understanding or try to even make it right.
