No notice or email to hurry and use what's left on it. Their explanations was all gift cards expire. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I drove from Grand Rapids to use this card in holland. Easy to take ones money wasn't even willing to let me in for a tan unless I paid cash. I will be calling my legal shield for this matter to get my monies returned. Hard to find good service then again I probably shouldn't have expected it from Tan Vision. Clark is not the owner anymore. DO NOT EVER BUY TAN VISION's GIFT CARDS. Comes up to ME And rips a paper out of my hands because I was going to write instead of engage in her abuse. I had to get away from her physical aggression to another part of the store to write my letter. As you can see, I had to pull out paper and pencil that I keep for my kids to draw on, out to leave a note - since that was NOT allowed by Miss Katie.

Then, they tried to charge me another 90$ for another trial. All of my bridesmaids wanted to cancel after they found out they work exclusively with Bare Minerals. I had to find a new makeup artist less than 60 days before my wedding. Nightmare. Poor customer service, they were not apologetic at all for wasting my time and money. Overpriced for little experience and limited skill set.
