She was doing skills that the other girls in her age group weren't doing, such as back handsprings & walkovers, yet she wasn't advancing levels. I knew that wasn't the place for her. I enrolled her in KidzCornerUSA shortly after & it was the best move I made. My daughter is on the competition team & is doing amazing!! Her first year of competition & she scored well enough to compete at the state level!! She absolutely loves it!! She's thriving there & it's because of coach Stephanie. I love that her classes are smaller so all her students get more personal one on on one instruction. Also, because the class setting is smaller, students are not as easily distracted. Another great thing is that I pay a lot less than what I was paying at the other gym academy & my daughter gets twice as much instruction with her coach. As a single mom, I can appreciate saving a buck or two. Stephanie not only coaches all her students the same in terms of workouts & drills, but she works towards helping advance every student according to their own individual capabilities. Not one child is ever compared to another nor are they left feeling less because they haven't learned to do certain skills. She doesn't just coach her students, she also mentors, guides, encourages, motivates, & helps lift their self esteem. She makes sure every child shines & stands out. She's so great with her students & she gets them excited. My daughter is learning so much, not just gymnastics. She's participated in cheerleading as well & has joined in a couple of cheer dances with the CSUMB cheer & dance squad. How cool is that?? I'd definitely recommend this place!! Whether it's dance, gymnastics, cheer or if your just looking for a place your child can come to for a little fun, this is the place!! We absolutely love it!!

The place is big and there is plenty of things to keep the little ones busy for an hour. We will for sure be back. It had been about a decade since I worked out daily. Many years ago, I was a devoted Pilates Coach/Ball Fitness Studios fan when I lived in Reno. And since then, I've never found a place I really loved or remained committed to. 2SA welcomed me and challenged me in ways I've never been challenged. I tried boxing and Piyo for the first time, loved both. Amanda's classes were great and she even ran over and held my hand doing lunges so I could get into the correct position. With pretty large class sizes, that really says a lot about the instructor. Most of her students had been with her for years, no other place in Monterey Bay has that kind of cult following this gym and its instructors have. Most people want to work out in a place where everyone looks like their ideal physique, and the people who attend this gym are definitely athletes. If you can get over your own insecurities and put in the work, you will love it here. Lastly, customer service is how it should be. Cancelling is easy. Signing up is easy. The monthly payment is low. There are no gimmicks or upselling or hassles. Just show up when you want to try a class and if you like it, join! Unfortunately with COVID I've been home doing Beachbody. The new office "manager" stated i would get a discount for the 4 months due and the new cost would be $130 for the previous months and $100.00/month from here on out. So, not only were the payments not pulled, but the monthly cost increased with no notice what so ever. Fine, I went into the gym during the next class and provided a check for $230.00 for the new "manager" to tell me the owner said they couldn't honor the discount offered and agreed to and that the $230.00 would only go toward the balance due, and not the current month as well. I emailed the gym with my concerns and asked for them to unenroll my child and delete my auto pay as there was no option to do this online and I got no response. The next Tuesday comes around and I get charged $50.00 for August, when she hasn't attended one class in August yet. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge as it was not correct and not authorized. I left another voicemail with no response. Shocker!! On top of this, the gym is dirty every single time we go in there. Tons of dust and garbage. They had a Greenwaste garbage can inside that smelt terrible for the first few months as well. The coach is great, but the back office, cleanliness and organization is severely lacking. In summary, unless you want to babysit the staff here, don't enroll.

When he cancels a Saturday class its either because work is being done at the gym or another valid situation, not Just because he doesn't want to coach. That's crazy to even think that its just because he doesn't want to coach. Prices have gone up, but so has prices everywhere. If the prices didn't go up we wouldn't have a gym, and that's 100% facts.
